I wasn’t trying to get attention. The people who own Ben’s are amazing people. And I said in the review I loved their business. I just have had a lot of trouble with some workers at the Meijer location. So I tried to leave a kind review with the issue hoping they could fix it. Just now a manager from Ben’s brought fresh pretzels and dipping sauces to my house and apologized. I’m so embarrassed bc I did not mean to make a big deal or to get anything out of them. I feel terrible that it posted on my fb page. But I wanted everyone to know how above and beyond they went for such a small thing. I’ve always loved them but now even more. Everyone go get Ben’s pretzels.“
