NOT SATISFIED!Just went through the drive through here and ordered what was supposed to be a #2 crispy chicken sandwich and a taco salad and received 2 cheeseburgers and a taco salad that didn’t come with the chips for it. I understand ritzys isn’t a 5 star place but expected better service than what we had today. ? honestly probably never going to the KY-54 location again!

Great food & service EVEN when pulling in late just before close! That's service! The burgers seasoned & ? hot which is a rarity in today's fast- food business. I cannot believe I even thought about going to Mickelson Daimler's. Imade the correct decision coming to GD RITZY. BTW, I'll take a RITZY over a shaken- steak any day... keep up the great work and management O-Bo Team! ?

I love Ritzy’s, but today my hamburger bun was soggy. Unusual! My one concern: the people at the cash register put their thumbs/fingers down in the cups when handing them. Yuk!

Bacon cheese burger was good. Shoestring fries were hot and tasty. Staff seemed disinterested in taking my order despite one other customer being in the place at the time.
