Our guys were taking a tour of a window plant and it was extremely hot outside, so we ducked into sip to kill sometime and enjoy the air-conditioning. It was kind of early, and we were the first patrons, but it was 5 o'clock somewhere. And just like Johnny Depp said "isn't every hour happy hour ?" All the ones are self-serve. You buy a wine card at the bar with as much credit as you want to purchase. We both decided to put $25 on our card. Then you go to the little individual coolers, swipe your card and decide which wine that you want and how big of a pour. an important Chip, make sure you have your glass in place before you push the button to pour your wine. Don't forget that I told you that. It was a great way to sample a bunch of different wines as each cooler has three wines. If you find a wine, you particularly like, they have shelves and shelves of bottles for you to purchase and take home with you. We enjoyed sip so much that we brought the guys back the next day to try it out. They also have sodas of some other alcoholic beverages to purchase, so it's not just Wine. You can keep your little Wine card for future visits if you still have credit on it

5 stars to this one!! I love my experience here everytime I go! I love to start or end date nights here because of the music, fun card games, and tasty drinks. I got the house Sangria and it was DELICIOUS! Another time I came during the day and got a wine slushy which is also highly recommended. Large Spaces or Smaller tables for a big group or small group.You do have to go ask the bartenders how the process works if you're wanting to try the machines! Regan is the best bartender if you get a cute strawberry blonde girlie serving you for the night.I also have hosted a couple of events here which was more than easy. One of my events was on the patio and inside and was executed perfectly with extremely little thought. I will be back to SIP a million times over!!!

Unexpected beautifully decorated wine bar. Besides all the wine tastings they offer in the summer they have frozen cocktails made with wine. I had the Pina Colada flavor, delicious. The women were super friendly behind the bar. It wasn't very busy so we got a great spot on a big comfy couch. To taste wine you buy a card and can use the machine for a sip, half glass or full glass. Fun concept!

We love Sip! Great atmosphere and lovely service! A must visit for some girl time in a relaxed environment with a great meat and cheese tray, and beverages for everyone, even if you don't want wine. Play a game of trivia and it's a perfect GNO!

We were in a couple weekends ago and I had been looking forward to going for a while. We finally made it in and we were a bit under impressed. The selection was not very good for a sweet wine drinker or a dry. We tried almost everything available that evening. There was also only 4 other people that had already been helped in the bar and we were not greeted in anyway. After sitting for about 10 minutes, we walked up to the bar to ask how it all worked. The concept is awesome and I’d love to come more but don’t feel this was executed well and needs some time to become something yet.
This place was a little gem in hiding. Easy access off the river walk. Fabulous hummus and charcuterie board, great drink selection (pick any poison, they have it - not just wine!). Comfortable seating and good atmosphere. Our work team stopped by while in town, unwound with some drinks and games. Wonderful experience. More of this!!!

Let first start off by saying that the atmosphere and decor of this little shop is so cute.However, I came in prepared to drink and order food but was promptly told that I could not have my toddler inside (despite her sleeping in her stroller). I was instead told I could sit outside on the patio in 98 degree heat with no umbrellas. I asked why and was told it was "store policy". No where did it state this "policy" and I think it should have been stated clearly somewhere on the door.Regardless to say, I only gave them 2 starts for the decor and location. This really could have been a 5 star review otherwise.ETA: there was NO sign that said 21 and up. Now I wish I would have taken a picture of the door since they want to lie in their reply.

Enjoyed the outside space-couldhear live music playing nearby-riverside.Inside seating had cool & comfy vibe.Our visit twice in one day says much about SIP.Thanks Paul for your suggestion on wines &KY Bourbon.
