I sent someone to pick up a 6 in turkey sub for me. Gave them a gift card to use. They returned and said the young lady wouldn't accept the gift card that it was not a gift card but rather it was for points??? It says clearly on it that it's gift card!Leaving that side:When I opened the sandwich it barely had any veg on it. A few sprigs of spinach, about 3 pieces of lettuce...I ordered everything so it should have been loaded. They had mashed the sandwich down practically flat (which was easy to do considering they had put hardly anything on it). It was way too salty! I threw most of it away. It was pitiful! It cost close to $10.I'll never go to subway again!Poor customer service, inferior product! Definitely would not recommend!

Lettuce, green peppers looked rough... tomatoes were horrible. Guy was nice. I called his attention to maybe they might want to walk over to customer side and look how horrible vegs abd vegs appear. His comment " cause air hits it"...

They definitely set the example of what a great experience should be like at a Subway.Sorry I didn't remember your name but your customer service was perfect! I ordered one 6" and one foot long. I was not asked about the bread he just picked up a 6" that was cut, an laid a foot long to the side. I ordered the cold cut for both. Gave him the instructions on both. I went straight home, 15 min drive. My husband's foot long an my 6 inch was hard. VERY hard to bite an chew. We both love Subway but today's sandwiches left us very disappointed an upset.

This Subway surpassed all my expectations. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, made sure my order was correct and didn't give me the raised eyebrows when I requested certain combinations on my subs.

Owner of the franchise doesn't hire enough people. Just sat in line for 30 minutes. The dude also doesn't honor coupons or any sort of armed service member discounts or anything, which is whatever but just a testament to the way the stores are ran.

I love a good subway meal but their new menu and a rising inflation have turned my once 6$ BMT meal into a $12 meal. Sorry Subway, I'm not sure your food is worth all that :(

Quality of sandwiches has declined and are over priced. Menu is cut back quite a bit. Commercials differ from the real thing. Helpers were very nice, sandwich quality not. Firehouse offers a larger and tastier sub for similar prices.

The lettuce was old. White, brown and slimmu looking is not an attractive vegetable. Had to change what sandwich I ordered, because there was no way I was getting that lettuce! Everything thing else was spot on. Go to Kroger and buy some fresh lettuce before you run everyone off!
