I would not recommend this Subway to anyone I spent $13 for nothing I order foot long cold cut and none of the stuff I ordered was on it, what a waste. I wouldn’t have even gave 1

The place was clean and well maintained, service was a little slow due to training the new worker but that's fine as everyone starts somewhere. I had to take a star for food due to the ingredients not being the freshest and not being chilled. The bread and cookies were cooked well though.

Employees attitudes were horrible. When trying to order in the drive-through due to both my daughter and myself having strep throat, she became frustrated, saying that she could not hear us. When I told her we would pull around to give her order. She began yelling at us, saying no, no no. I went ahead and pulled around as I was not able to yell due to my throat hurting. I explained we had strep, and was trying to stay out of the facility so we would no infect others and she rolled her eyes and said yeah, I’ve heard a lot of people say that. She proceeded to have an attitude through out our experience.

I was at the drive-thru at 9:43 and sat there for 5 minutes and nobody ever responded or try to communicate with me so I drive up to the window and there's a girl who's standing right there by the drive-thru register and ignores me so I guess they don't close at 10:00 they close at 9:40 because I could not order anything at 9:43 due to their employees not wanting to take my order. On myself also work in the food industry and we take orders and serve customers until closing at 10:30 we will take orders all the way up until 10:30 but we do not stop taking orders until we are closed at 10:30 see the difference of Subway serving the community vs other food businesses serving us.
