"We have an AI system that counts the order."Explain why half of two boxes were missing.Is a cup of nacho cheese gonna break the bank that you're worried that someone might lie to get an extra that you're gonna skimp us on one???Why do you not include a receipt for checking?Why do you lump order boxes in one bag? Are you making it awkward to check on purpose? What a horrible experience!Edit: I didn't even get one of the items that I ordered. It was a cheap taco, but still it was missing. The person at the checkout insisted that the "AI system checked" and that he saw it. Well, did it fall through a wormhole inside of the bag? Because, it's not here.Why did you give me an absurd volume of hot sauce? The hot sauce was added in at random at more than double of what was requested?Why be excessively generous with hot sauce and so skimpy on the rest of the order that you're gonna argue that we received items that are not in the bag???Do not just respond with "We have an ai system" and expect a human to take it at that. We can look in the bag and see that there has been many mistakes.Just why to all of the above?Edit: Roommate is eating theirs and is discovering that the items in the bag don't even match the receipt. Did you randomly make burritos, throw it all in a bag, and call it good???

Amazing! The other day when my children and I went there, the AGM, actually let us try the new nacho cheese fries! And they were wonderful!
I never come to this Taco Bell; Parish is my go too, they’ve never disappointed. But I wanted a late night snack after my fiancée got off & this one was the only one open. He gets home with the food, it’s incorrect, messy, and soggy. We live 3 minutes away from Taco Bell…. I get it’s late, but don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself.Highly disappointed.

Frederica is the best Taco Bell in Owensboro.I drive further to get my cravings filled here.Friendly staff with fresh tasting food.Others are very miss and hit. This one is there almost always.Dietary restrictions: For LOW Sodium try the Vegetarian selection with black beans and/or substitute black beans for the beef.

Cashier put in the wrong food item and mananger said there was nothing he could do. The manager kept saying "So here's the deal." If you bring back the food and receipt I can't do anything. So here's the deal We will no longer eat at this establishment.

Most tacos were like this , had tomatoes on 2 and sour scream on the side of one. We got the taco party pack regular not supreme. If you can’t even put meat on the taco then why are you there? Shells were mostly cracked and some were soggy. 22 bucks and food was barely there and gross.
