i have never had worse service than i did at this restaurant. i was in town for a funeral and our waiter was so rude, food was cold, and my burger was still pink after ordering well done. horrible experience.

absolutely ridiculous!! i made an online order and went to pick it up and they closed EARLY and wouldn’t let us get our food. i called multiple multiple times to let them know we were running a little late and no body would answer the phone. I was planning on tipping $50 bc i felt bad for being late. horrible establishment. didn’t even call me or email me to say they were canceling my order. NOTHING. i’m very disappointed

The food was not great. Got the Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo it barely had any sauce on it. Once we got our food the waitress did not come back for almost an hour. We never got any refills on our drinks. Took her that long to even ask if we needed a box to take the leftovers home. Horrible service. Brought the salads out with the appetizers and then 3 minutes later brought the food out. It has been a long time since I have had such a bad experience at any restaurant I go to. If I could have given a zero this place would have got it.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, we both were surprised how empty the place was as we have good memories of eating at this chain. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion, however my prime rib sandwich felt like it had a lot more fat in it than I remember. Our server, I believe her name was Kennedy, was friendly and stayed aware of our refills and service. Overall it was not a bad experience, however it just felt like it lost the specific charm the name once carried and now felt like just a standard restaurant.

Went out for my birthday and enjoyed my meal. They were short on staff so my server was run a little thin. Ordered the new st Patty's day drinks and they were good. Ordered the bone in wings and they were really good. I got the fish and chips and the fish was a little overcooked but was still good. Was pleasantly surprised and left full and happy.
The heat was out. Was 20 degrees outside and around 50 inside the building. Space heaters set up next to tables to keep customers "warm". Staff was friendly and responsive and would quickly flip breaker when they shut off because of all the space heaters running. I would have left before we sat down, but the rest of my party wanted to sit and eat as we had just driven 16 hours that day. Take the loss and close the doors when necessary, 1 bad experience will last longer than 5 good ones.
