I went to this location on Tuesday Night. (Feb 6,2024). I travel for work and Arby’s is typically a good stop for me to grab a bite that is satisfying yet quick.This store did not live up to the Arby’s standards that I am used to. I ordered the 5 piece tenders with jalapeño bites. The tenders were warm but hard and dry. It is as though they had been left in/on the warmer too long. The jalapeño bites were worse. Once again warm but hard and this is not just the outside. The jalapeño was tough and the cream cheese was anything but creamy it was more like cement. (Over exaggeration but you get the point.)It felt as though to save time/money they took the items that had been setting and put them back in the fryer to serve “hot”.I hope Arby’s that oversees these locations sees this so that this can be addressed. I know this is fast food and not to expect a 5 star experience. But most people would not mind waiting for fresh hot food to be made.
Very good customer service! When the coupon would not upload on the app, they just took care of the discount manually. Chocolate shakes taste great too!
