I order from here almost weekly! I always get the hibachi noodles with chicken, level 3. They are perfection. Not overwhelmingly spicy but still have a lil heat. They're always super fast too! If I do pickup, it's always ready when I get there and I only live about 10 minutes away.
I love love love this place. Moved to Paducah from a big city where I could get Thai food all hours of the day and night, and frankly, this place has eased the transition. Food is great, customer service is great, and can't beat their prices. Thank you for existing and for being delicious, Blue Ginger.
If you are a cashew chicken lover this is your go to. A variety of vegetables, tender meaty pieces of chicken, lots of cashews, and the best sauce ever! The rice is high quality and had a nice "bite"...cooked perfectly. I substituted one type of vegetable for another, they didn't blink an eye! The people who work there are so kind and upbeat.
