The service was wonderful. My sister, who is celiac, was very grateful to see that they had a build your own burger. And they had the lettuce wrap, giving her another option of gluten-free. She would have loved other sides besides fries was not available besides slaw and salad. But she was thrilled with a burger. Server was very sweet, and the cost was reasonable.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free lettuce wrap build your own burger.

Waited for 20 minutes to get our drink order, there was only 1 other customer there. The nacho fries were great. It took additional 10 minutes to get our food order taken. The onion rings were said to be really good but came out dripping with oil and still doughy. Won't complain about the cheesesteak sandwich because that was my fault.

Our burgers were awesome! The french fries and onion rings were, too. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We're local (not staying at the hotel), so you could say we didn't eat there because it was convenient, we made a decision to go there. Glad we did. We'll be back!

I ordered a waffle with fruit. For $9 I got a waffle (like you get at a hotel free breakfast) and 6 blueberries. It was dry. The "hot syrup" was room temperature syrup that you get at the free breakfast in every other hotel. Paid $9 for crap! Never again

Without a doubt the best burger in the area that I have had the opportunity to try. So I welcome any local business owner to contact me if betterParking: Rear towards river and in front of the hotel.

Sarah the bartender is the best bartender I’ve had in the Jackson Purchase. Very attentive to our whole group and patient even though there were a lot of us.

Had classic cheeseburger with fries and pickle. Also enjoyed Mr. Pibb, one of my favorite sodas. Great service and comfortable atmosphere.

I've had better, and more diverse, burgers at Sonic. Frozen patties, no choices, slow service. Not worth another visit.

Worst Food….. we do not recommend. My husband stopped by the Burger Theory in Paducah Ky to pick up dinner tonight. He got a hamburger with French fries $15.00 and he brought me a chicken sandwich with fries $13.00. We have never been there before and have wanted to try it. With a name like “Burger Theory” we thought it has to be good. BOY were we WRONG!!!!! The French fries were undercooked and the oil that they were cooked in tasted so bad. ( the oil that they used to fry the French fries in NEEDS to be changed) We could not eat them. My chicken breast was burnt in several places and small. My husband said his burger was “OK” but he would never order it again. The total bill was around $30.00. I would have been happier with a Culver’s burger and chicken sandwich.
