Doesn't matter what time of day or what you order. Everything takes about 30mins per person for you to get your order, and people look at you stupid when you ask for updates.
We stopped for lunch on our way back to KC. First thing, this location is actually within a mall food court. We didn't know this from the signs on the highway and probably would have opted to go elsewhere to take up less time. But we embraced the obstacle and turned it into an opportunity to take a few laps around the mall and stretch our legs. They are pretty busy but you can order online or via app if you have a time crunch. The staff were friendly. We didn't have any issues with our food. It was pretty standard chick-fil-a and met all expectations.

Order Gave them my name, waited for 15 mins. 10 Orders behind me got there and some order the same product. Ask were my order was she looked at the screen saw my order was not fulfilled . Informed me they would make it. Waited 5 more minutes, no product. Party I was with was leaving. 4 chicken tenders never received but paid 4 and at slow time!????

It's the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Both fries and sandwiches were overcooked. Disgusting floors and tables. Corporate needs to step in.
