We entered the food establishment and we were deceived by the supposed food buffet and also the food is not very good and the service is very bad, it is very bad apart from the waiters, I do not recommend it. Come better go to another place to eat.

I placed an order online, food was ready to pick up in about 20 minutes. So that was not bad. When I went in to get my food it was really empty but that may be because we’re supposed to get bad weather. I ordered 3 lunch platters of orange chicken, ham fried rice, and egg rolls. The rice was fine and the egg rolls were ok but I’m very disappointed in the chicken. We only got 3 pieces on each platter and received big pieces of cut up tomatoes. I honestly wish I would have taken a photo of it to show. My family said the chicken was good but we’re very upset that we did not get enough chicken.

Food was okay but it was the service that was so awkward and…… cumbersome. Rice was served in a small bowl with another bowl of equal size balanced on top of it. It just slid all over. Entrees were served on ill fitting dome covered pedestal bowls that weren’t the right size. Took up way too much space for the tiny table. There were 5 of us. We received 4 plates, 2 silverware sets, 4 egg roll plates, 4 cookies, 4 take home boxes. Lol it was just an awkward experience to say the least! Food was okay. Do yourself a favor, only order takeout!
Food has improved in the last few months, just don't order chicken. It's very chewy and cheap. Customer service and overall atmosphere definitely need improvement.

Called in, was chastised and told it was my fault because I didn't check it before I left and took no responsibility for their mistake. It wasn't my food, and I don't think the recipient would have been happy with me opening their food. Rude. Take responsibility for your mistake. Don't blame the customer!

Added 18% gratuity to my bill (party of 5). When I told them I didn’t want the tip on my credit card and I wanted to leave cash on table they said they couldn’t take it off the bill. The waitress said it’s because she brought 6 drinks???!!??? Going to New Asia next time.
