I was greeted with warm welcome while approaching the order line. Place is clean and tidy. I ordered little bacon burger and it was huge!! Bacon was crispy and patty was moist. Buns could be toasted more to be crispier. The Cajun fries could be more crispy, it was too soft. Over all I was happy with good service of

This location has shorted me on amount fries the last couple of times going there, yet raised prices again for even less food. I am thinking it's the owner of this place as I never had a bad experience anywhere but this place. Penn Station gives me more fries than this Five guys.

my dad had just had a surgical procedure done this morning i told him i would take him to 5 guys, we ordered our food i'm vegetarian i ordered the veggie sandwich w the cheese option and some fries and a drink guy at he counter asked if i wanted to add bacon i respectfully declined we waited about 15 or so minutes for our order dad got a cheeseburger and a hot dog. when we got our food he was happy w his i however after paying for the cheese option did not receive any cheese on my sandwich. the employees acted as if they didn't want to be there but they were changing gloves appropriately in the kitchen the floor was very dirty in the lobby as well as the bathroom floor had trash on it as well. toilet was clean and sink would not shut off. there was a trash can overflowing as well by the bathrooms. the fries were actually well cooked this time just wish i had gotten the ingredients i asked for on my sandwich and a clean environment to eat it in.

after a few years of working in fast food there's no other place where you can find good service like that of just hamburgers, the friendliness of reds donuts, and the taste of home like that of five guys it's not 100% everytime but thats ok the food is good the staff are always nice and serve with a smile I have yet to leave with a bad experience yet!Vegetarian options: there is a vegan burger option made for each order upon request made freshDietary restrictions: with dietary restrictions upon request they will accommodate

Had 3 choices for lunch. Decided on this five guys instead of Qdoba or Jimmy Johns. Asked for the ketchup to be changed out, and was told they had packets. I insisted on the pump ketchup being replaced and they didn't do it. I watched children try to pump ketchup, and several others. 16 dollar hamburger and fries and the manager wouldn't change it out. I will never eat here again. Personally, I just don't get it. As someone who has run restaurants for a living, this is something I would have done for a customer ASAP. After the small rush, the manager went and changed it out right in front of me. There were 3 other employees on the shift that could have easily changed out the ketchup. For a place that is famous for fries I have no interest in opening 20 ketchup packets. It's called hustle and not many folks have any of that anymore.

728 pm 9/23/23: waited 15 minutes for 2 CB and 1 fry. The fries were delicious as usual, BUT the cheeseburgers were NOT fresh- they were dry and hard. The buns were also very dry. They turned away customers while we there, due to running out of beef patties? This is about the eighth time we've eat at various Five Guys locations, and this is the only below-5-star experience my wife and I have had.

Went to grab some food around 8:40pm ...website says open till 10...door says open till 10...workers just stared at me when I tried to open a locked door. I don't care if businesses close early...it happens but when it does at least post something on the door. These businesses have become so unreliable with their hrs lately that it's like playing the lottery when you try to satisfy a craving.

I know people have mixed opinions about Five Guys, but I believe it's one of the best burgers in the industry. I love all of the gourmet toppings like grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, peppers and more! The natural cut fries can't be beat!Parking: There's usually parking always available, occasionally. It can be a tight squeeze.
