Our son ate lunch there Saturday 3/23/2024 while traveling to TN to visit us. Later that evening and the next morning he started showing signs of food poisoning (vomiting and diarrhea). Only today 3/25/2024 has he started to improve. He says the restrooms were very dirty. He also said his burger was not warm when served.

It looked like only there were only 3 people working and they were awesome. It took a bit longer than normal to get our food. But the team working were doing great! Food was good too!

My family loves the food from here, however when you pay an expensive price for food, you'd expect the order to be correct at least. The first girl I spoke with was very pleasant. The order was incomplete when I arrived at home and no one answers the phone when you call! Very disappointing!

We didn't dine in; we ordered out. However our food was so good! Even my toddler who is SO PICKY ate over HALF of her burger!The patties *are* thin, so I definitely suggest ordering yourself a double, but man are they good! The onion rings were also really good. ☺️ We absolutely plan to come and dine in the next time we're in this part of town.Only giving 4/5 stars since we didn't have the dine in experience; but we plan to change that!

Slow service at 7pm. Drive and dining room was pretty much empty.My chili cheese dog with onions was a hard, old, brown hot dog, with a burnt bun, almost no chili, no cheese and no onions.I wasted $10.06 on trash.

Ordered an M&M concrete and 3 other items including a Dr. Pepper. The concrete was not blended and I know it wasn't because all of the M&Ms were halfway inside the cup, and every one I ate was whole. The only part that went smoothe was paying for it. At the end, before I drove off, I had to ask for the Dr. Pepper I'd already paid for, and the drive thru worker was rude. Won't be back.

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 concrete a shake and a soda. The concrete were not blended at all. All the mix ins were in the bottom of the cup. My shake was basically straight ice cream that wouldnt even go through the straw. I went inside to throw some items away and the eating area was disgusting with trash all over tje floor and the trash can wa overflowing. There were only 3 people in the dining area so they were not busy. Completely unacceptable.. the person ub the drive thru was rude and didnt even say thank you or any polite greeting.

Freddy's is constantly the best cheese burger available in the fast food industry.The Paducah, Ky. Freddy's is exceptionally clean, the food is fantastic and the service is great.

We stopped at this location on a road trip to Tennessee. The staff were all pleasant. It did take a minute for the food to come out but that's ok because I'd rather wait a bit and get hot fresh food rather than some old stuff that's been hanging out. The food was exactly what you'd expect from any Freddie's location. The burger was delicious and the fries were crispy and salty goodness. This was a great place to take a quick break to stretch and get a bite to eat. I'd definitely stop again if I pass by this location in the future.

Very dirty restaurant. No ketchup, No regular French Fries sauce, Pepsi and diet Pepsi is out. Got our order to go and got 2 combos and a regular order of cheese curds and when I got out to the truck I looked in my bag and we were missing a fry. I went back in and the lady so called me a liar and I showed her my bag and she said you only ordered one fry and I said doesn't fries come with a combo and she looked up my order cause she thought I lied to her and then she gave me my other order of fries. Now my order is cold except for that order of fries. I will never be back to this Freddy's again!!!! You can count on that!

Hmm. Ok. Train wreck. The drive-through took about 10 minutes. Getting to the window, I was met by a woman with several piercings in her face, glittery lipstick, and long creepy fingernails. How she presents in private I could care less. I don't have to see all that. I ordered a patty melt only. The onions were very chewy. The onions bordered on rubbery. Maybe I tried there on a bad day. I've learned my lesson.
