Absolutely horrible delivery service. They dropped my food off at the hospital desk. I wasn't notified at all. Waited by that entrance door for almost 20 mins because I was never notified it was delivered and never saw anyone pull up to drop it off. My lunch break was almost over and I had to call the store to be told where it was. I did mark that entrance as the location to deliver the food, but never said anything about the desk or that I wouldn't be there to grab it. Wasted a huge amount of my lunch break and was very frustrating. I'll stick tk the Hinkleville location from now on.

They will mess up your order, even when you confirm it 3 times, lie about the mix up, then charge you more than the original order would have cost with the combos, all while telling you how "sorry" they are. Waste of my time. This was my first visit and definitely my last. Thought better of some more artistic phrasing of my dissatisfaction so. Take it for what it is.

Stopped here for dinner, bought a few subs two drinks. When I went to get some sweet tea was able to only get half a cup after asked staff if they had any more I was told that’s all they have 3.5hrs away from closing.

They call their sandwiches...gourmet, but how is that even possible when they only have 2 kinds of bread and 1 kind of cheese!! Y'all should come to my house for a gourmet sandwich! Sheesh! It's a sham! A mockery of a sham! The staff however were kind and the place was clean. But it's just a joe shmo sandwich place. Nothing special or gourmet.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options. No salads that I could see. No specialty sauces or dressings. Just the basic ranch, oil& vinager, yellow and grey coupon mustards, reg. mayo.

Unfortunately, as much as I was looking forward to try their highly recommended sandwiches, I was disappointed so much.The staff was not in the mood to work today for some reason, smiles are contagious and I didn't receive non as I walked through the door, being flat faced and the fact I had to drag words out of her mouth while placing my order discouraged me me to go further and I politely asked her to cancel it, mind you it's my first time and unaware of how they serve the sandwich or what can add on it or wether I'm able to grill it or not, oh man my struggle was real at this point so I had to leave before her negative energy hits my aura.If the employee is not happy for some reason with his/her job they better not be working at all, we all have our days, but a simple fake smile can do alot and always turn to a real smile with good conversation and professional service. I truly wish that this message reaches management and work on making their employees happier and joyful.I hope she has better days ahead.But overall, the place was clean and smelled so good as they said (Free Smells)Boy i was looking forward for a great yummy sandwich but I didn't:(
