Yes I tried to order online but I couldn't get it to work. Went in the girl was really nice to try to give me what I tried to order. But I try to order the fish and fries (2) oder of hush puppies and a sm drink. She asked what 2 sides I wanted I told her and got home and didn't have the fries with our fish and no hush puppies. Although I do appreciate what the girl did I did not get what I wanted.

Ordered for the office and came from the south side to get it. We very rarely do that as time is a factor with limited lunch time. Was charged for everything we ordered and food was missing. So I called to let them know, and I could tell it was not a big deal to the girl who answered the phone. Fast food prices are outrageous today and Long John Silver;s staff does not care that they are inadequate! Took my name and said I had 2 weeks to pick up the food I already paid for. I am sure when I do pick it up, they will give me the same attitude i got when they failed to fulfill my order correctly in the first place. Unacceptable! It's not rock science. No customer service at all.

Fries were cool,chicken tasted double dipped. Hush puppies to hard for a 4yr to eat. Never experienced this ever from a LJS. A&W that was located in Martin,TN and South Fulton a decade ago was off the chain back then. Plus this place was outta fish.

Came here with some friends I ordered number 12 platter 3 prices chicken 2 fish. With coleslaw and fries. I got my dish kinda fast but it was missing my fish and coleslaw. The chicken from the front was just talking down the bagging station lady as she tried to keep track of everything.My friend order 2 chicken slider and had to wait almost 20 min if not longer just to get those.Tables and lobby looked untouched.Certainly not what it use to be.Edit: it's now the next day and I'm almost positive I have food poisoning...
This place is very dirty. The floor, the counter, the tables were all dirty. The food isn’t good enough to justify the prices. I suggest avoiding this place.

Fresh, hot fish is great! Zero complaints about the food. The tables were a bit grimy. The paper napkin I used to try and clean up shredded itself on whatever residue was left on the table's surface. The people were really friendly and overall, it was pleasant. Just keep your arms off the table and you're fine.
