I had a great experience at this Los Amigo's location! I came in from out of town and upon recommendation of family went to the Lone Oak location. I hate to be the person that shows up 30 min before closing but didn't have another option. We came towards the end of the night from the local hospital and were warmly welcomed by the staff. To my surprise, it was still quite busy! We were quickly seated and brought menus. I enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and not too salty. The salsa was pretty standard restaurant style and tasty! Our food was promptly served within 10-15 minutes of ordering. I got an order of the chicken fajitas and they did not disappoint. It was an absolutely huge portion or chicken with peppers and onions. The portion of refried beans, rice, and fajita toppings was very hearty as well. I could only finish about half the meal and took the rest to go. You do have the pay up at the counter which I the only thing I didn't love about the experience but that's not a huge deal!

Salsa and chips were different than normal. Salsa had very little taste and the chips were the same. The meal was good as usual.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, and the food was on par with what we got back in California. The pollo con arroz and carnitas were fantastic! Will make this a regular place!

This is the absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had! The service was terrible and it was too expensive. The place was empty (no wonder) and the service was slow!!! RIP-OFF!!!!!!

My family absolutely loves the lone oak location los amigos and that location always gets the order right and the customer service is amazing. We go at least 3 times a week! But at the 5135 hinkleville road out by the mall has the rudest host/mangers. Considering we eat there 3 times a week we know what the order is and know how to order it. I picked up to go like usual just a different location this time and I got there early and it was so soggy that the shell was soaked so much I couldn't pick it up it was absolutely disgusting and then when I get to the restaurant to fix the problem the manager yelled in my face in front of a full restaurant " NEXT TIME ORDER CHICKEN FAHITA QUESADILLA." I just walked away in disbelief he yelled at me especially when I was just trying to fix a quick mistake he could have just told me not the entire restaurant. This honestly is why we never go to this location it's always hectic and there always rude!! Will not be going back to this location again. 08/10/23

Food was great service was ok but the owners daughter Michelle was incredibly rude.rude to us and other customers, we told a couple people who worked there and they all agreed she is very rude but nothing is done about it because she's the owners daughter. We had finished our food and waited about 10 minutes to get our check, as she was passing by our table we asked if we could get get check and she rudely yelled out this is not my table. Owners daughter or not, she should learn manners. At anyplace her dad didn't own, she'd be fired.

So, I know good Mexican food, Im from California and was raised on authentic Mexican food. This is not it. And two stars rating is a stretch in my opinion. I'm trying to be nice at this point. We ordered a chicken burrito rice and beans it came with lettuce ONE HALF of ONE SLICE of tomato and sour cream. I spoke to the waitress prior to ordering and specifically asked how the Chile rellano s were made as we both wanted one, and she told me "it's a Chile, stuffed with cheese, egg battered and fried with red sauce on top. So we ordered two Ala carte Chile rellanos. The plates came and the Chile rellanos were nothing even remotely close to what the waitress described. It was a plate of unseasoned ground beef with a tiny strip of canned cooked green Chile (like Ortega) about 1-1/2" wide by possibly 2" long tossed in top of the ground beef then sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Complete laziness. So we inquired as to what those two plates were and I said to her, you told me they're cheese stuffed, battered and fried, and she said "they are!" I sliced into one and separated it and said where's the cheese, there isn't any! She had not much to say other than do you want them? We said we would try them but they weren't even slightly good. If my son won't eat it, there's a problem, he usually likes everything but said he couldn't eat it and was going to leave it. I never even tasted mine at that point. The waitress came back and I pulled up a picture of a Chile rellano on my phone and showed it to her and she got attitude and said "I don't know, MA'AM I've worked here for years and that's how they do it here" ? okay..if "that's how they do it here" then WHY did you JUST describe a Chile rellano (as the picture I showed you), then bring me a plate of ground beef? It literally looked like someone browned ground beef in a skillet, dumped it on a plate and threw a strip of Ortega green Chile and some cheddar cheese on it and nuked it. I've never seen anything like it in my life. The burritos were just okay, nothing to write home about the rice and beans on the plate were okay. The chips and salsa were good. Would I return? NO. The food wasn't anything I'd ever want again and the waitresses attitude was a big zero. And something else we found to be strange, is the combination plates don't all come with rice and beans like every other Mexican restaurant I've been to. Very bizarre. I did leave her a decent tip although her attitude wasn't swift.**if my review was helpful to you, or you appreciate the information, please give it a ?"

Worst experience ever. It was Cinco DeMayo so we expected a bit of a wait but arrived at 7:30 pm with a party of 6. After 15 minutes to be seated, we were served chips and salsa in a timely manner. We placed our order when our server finally arrived to take our drinks. Our order was taken right about 7:50. We frequent this location because of their speedy turn around on tables and food. This was not one of those times. At 8:40 we inquired about our food at which time we were informed it would not be much longer. At 8:50, our food started to come out a couple plates at a time. 2 plates had cold food on the inside of the prepared dish. Finally by 9pm we had all of our food which had been thrown together in an obvious hurry. When it was questioned why all the other tables around us had been seated 30 plus minutes after us and had already received their food, it was explained that it was Cinco DeMayo and they were busy which takes longer for some dishes. When we received our check, the order was placed at 8:41pm! When questioned, the manager told us that is when and adjustment was made to the check but the discount was not given on the ticket, it was given at the register in the amount of 6 dollars! I'm sorry to say but I don't believe I can ever frequent this establishment again.

This is our favorite place to stop while traveling through Paducah. It's always clean and the food and margaritas are great. Quick and friendly service every time. We appreciate the individual bowls for the DELICIOUS salsa too!!
