My sister and I stopped in last night for dinner. We were both amazed at the friendliness, attentiveness and politeness of all the employees we had direct contact with. I wish we had gotten their names so they could be personally acknowledged. The young lady that took our order greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was extremely helpful, with my order in particular, recommending and explaining specific menu items. The young lady that brought our dinner to the table was very sweet. She offered extra condiments before we thought to ask and was on top of it. There was another young lady who was doing some pre-closing tasks and checked on how we were doing whenever she was near our table. She offered refills & was on top of removing our dishes when needed. We left there stunned. It's rare to encounter that good of a team. We talked about how quick people are to leave a complaint but usually don't think twice about balancing that out by submitting a compliment or positive comment. I'm absolutely guilty of doing this. These women 100% deserve praise. It was a very memorable experience thanks to them... and McAlister's yummy food, of course. ?

I have always loved their food but after last night, I had to leave a review. My sister & I dined in a couple hours before closing. The girl working the counter greeted us, let us take our time, made suggestions, & was super friendly. The girl who brought our food out was also super friendly, asked if we needed anything else, etc. Then towards the end of our meal, another young girl was mopping but stopped by our booth to offer to refill our drinks, etc. All 3 young ladies were diligent & displayed strong work ethic that shouldn't go unnoticed!

Everything was good, but they were out of broccoli cheddar soup. They were really slow at the register, too.

They've gotten my sandwich wrong every time I come here. My bacon was undercooked, it came without avocado and with tomato which was the opposite of how I ordered it. And when I got it corrected they barely put any avocado on it. It was honestly really insulting and I won't be back.

We've been to McAlister Deli in other cities. It was our first time here in Paducah. They are all the same. The sandwiches are the same wherever you go, and that's a good thing because their offerings are consistent and very good.

Decent service. The manager nor the workers could tell me what kind of bread my sandwich would come on. One of the workers chimed in and suggested chibatta and even though the sandwich wasn't that great, the bread was delish. Still, I will choose this place over burgers and fries.

I ordered the honey BBQ pulled Pork spud. I just got a regular pulled pork spud. It wasn't bad, just not what I ordered. The staff were friendly.

One of the better mcalester’s deli that I have eaten at. Fast, good value for what you get, tasty, friendly. Samples of caramel apple lemonade were delicious. All four meals were very good. Strawberry shortcake dessert was very good. They had free Halloween candy for guests which was a nice treat.

Food was very good. Service was horrible. Trying to get waited on took forever. No employee even acknowledged the line of customers that were lined back to the door. The lady filling the ice buckets walked in and out in front of all the customers with out saying a word. Finally the first customer ask if there was anyone that could take him and his wife's order. She said I can and then started entering orders. Finally a man came out from the back and started taking orders. I felt they were both rude and do not plan on ever returning to this establishment.

Went in for an interview at 11:30 and waited over an hour just to be told the hiring manager wasn't there. Absolutely ridiculous!!
