I was eating everything was good. Then after I have eaten almost half my plate I take a bite and felt something that was not food in my mouth. I spit it out and it was a piece of a scrubber. I brought it to their attention and they offered to get me another plate but I didn't see the since in it because I had done ate half the food. That's all they offered besides an I'm sorry. They were saying that it came off the scrubber while it was in the wash. I said I know where it came from but trying to see how no one saw it before food was put on the plate. The waitress was the best part. I will not be back to New Asia.

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from here. We had a birthday party in Paducah and wanted to eat some Chinese food before leaving town. We literally just googled this place. I'm so glad we picked it. The food was so good! I had the beef and broccoli with white rice. My husband had the all meat Lo Mein. Our youngest had the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The portions were a lot. You definitely get the bang for your buck. It is pricey, so expect to pay around $40 or more for 2 adults and a child.

Best wonton soup I've ever tasted, though small bowl. Limited menu.

Normally, I wouldn't leave this review as I know the owner personally from way back, HOWEVER, I cannot believe the lack of customers service and tact that I just received. We live quite a ways away from New Asia, but it's usually our favorite place for Chinese food. I placed an order for pickup and got it all the way home (25 + miles) only to find I didn't get the pressed Chicken. So I called the store and told them what happened and I was told I could get one free the next visit. That was about a month ago, So flash forward to today. I called the store to place another pickup order to get my pressed Chicken and I was immediately put on hold, ok so they're a bit busy that's fine, I can hold; but when she comes back on the line and I explain the situation she says, "Call back, I have people in the lobby. " It's bad enough that the original order was incorrect but to shove me away with a rude, unaffected attitude and absolutely 0 customer service, once I get the replacement for what I paid for, I will not be back.

Waited about 10 minutes until we were initially seen by our waitress. Before that, she passed us multiple times with empty hands. Food came out fairly quick. My sweet and sour shrimp was cold and mostly breading with very little shrimp. Our waitress never followed up with us for our entire visit. Overall, poor service with mediocre food.

Our experience was that this place is too expensive for the quality of food. Our crab Rangoon was expensive to start with but then they charged us for the red sauce, I believe it's sweet n sour that comes with it at every restaurant we've had it at. Never going back.

Third trip in 2 weeks. The owner is extremely friendly! Food is always cooked fresh and you can add as much heat, extra veggies or meat as you want. Priced very well! The service is excellent!
