The food was great. Service sucked! They were slow, so there was no reason for the poor service. Also, we paid at the kiosk at the table and put in the tip amount, which was 1% due to the poor service. Checked my card when we got home and noticed she decided the 22% tip was better. I'm not happy with the service or the theft from my card!

Olive Garden in Marion, Illinois recently opened. I’ve eaten in and just tonight ordered take out. The food is excellent as is customer service. There was some issue with online ordering but the Marion staff ensured the order was entered and correct. Pick up was a breeze and staff ensured the order was correct before leaving. Portions were huge and all the food was fresh and delicious!!! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

The food is always good. The Tour of Italy and the Black Tie Mousse is my normal dinner there. The unlimited salad and breadsticks are also great. I wish I could remember my waiters name, he was fantastic.

Service was quite slow. We were actually within about a minute of walking out when our waiter showed up. The first time I was asked about a refill was when I was already paying. But, I was most disturbed that the hostess on was at the host stand with her press on nails spread out on the table putting her nails on as she sort of greeted people. Food tasted like expected and was enjoyable. The rest was lacking. We were there on Friday evening Feb. 15.

I was passing through and stopped here. I sat at the bar and looked like a hobo for traveling, and my waitress was top-notch! It was such a lovely experience, and i was able to relax for a few minutes before continuing onward ! Also, the white cream cake I got with strawberries was perfection!

We actually apologized...A Friend came into Town that I hadn't seen in a Couple of years and we Dominated a Corner Table for a Long Time but we Tipped Our Waitress 60.00 for being in that Corner So Long...
