This is the best run restaurant I have ever been in...Victoria was our waitress and very sweet...the rest of the crew was also our waitresses...it seemed like everyone had a roll and they knew exactly how to do it...it didn't matter who you ask they were all willing to help with a smile. I would give this restaurant a 10!!!!

Seated right away. Server was friendly and attentive. Drinks never went empty. Appetizer came out in timely manner. 4 entrees and all 4 was prepared correctly and was really good. Enjoyable experience tonight. Keep it up Outback.Parking: Large parking area.
I really like Outback. I guess I didn't realize how much inflation hit, when I ordered a Chicken Salad and a single Light Beer and it was $22. No matter it was good.

Ok, so, I called & was put on the wait list at about 6:15 April 7th. We had a table of 7. Four adults & 3 kids (2 16yr & 1 11yr). First, the sweet tea that was ordered for 4 people was NOT sweet. Our server went back & brought out 4 new ones. These actually had sweetener in them. The food we ordered, I think every one of us had something wrong. There was missing items for almost everyone's meals. And the wait time was very long. We didn't say anything about the time, however we did make sure our server took care of the missing food. We're sure that our server was not too blame. She had written everything down. So it had to be something in the kitchen. Anyway, I'm not asking for a refund or free food. We live in FL & probably won't be back to this Outback anyway. I just thought I'd let you know that we were not all together happy with our experience. We ended up leaving at 830. It was a long dinner! And the bill was a bit of a shock, but it was dinner for 7 people so I guess that's all good. Our server got a huge tip because my husband knew none of this was her fault.

Very polite and timely service. The Manager Cori was very helpful when items I ordered were out of stock and she was quick to offer substitutions. Will be back!

Most importantly: the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper rolls on the nasty floors!The food was super delish! Best mushrooms I've had in a long time. However, a manager has so much cologne on that you could taste it when he walked by.The hostess was more worried about his phone than people walking in or out
Place was very cold and food wasn't prepared right to order. Should had left yet wanted to give a chance cause haven't been there in a while.

3/23/24: Ordered a wedge salad WITHOUT bleu cheese crumbles and they of course added them anyway because they obviously did not follow directions!! Not to mention there were zero onions in the salad and there suppose to be! Do better Outback!! UPDATE: I thought I'd give Outback one last chance to get it right. Boy was that a huge mistake!!!! I ordered a medium steak, it was RARE and full of blood!! Looked like raw meat!! Wedge salad had LITERALLY ZERO dressing and ZERO toppings on it!! My loaded baked potato had ZERO toppings on it too!! Paducah Outback, y'all either need to step up your game or you need a better manager!!I ordered a sweet potato, baked potato and asparagus from Outback through Doordash. Not once but twice because my first order was pathetic. Both potatoes were literally the size of golf balls! And the asparagus was three small pieces! I contacted the manager at Outback and she said if I contacted Doordash they would resend the order and the manager said she would make it right. So I did just that. I contacted Doordash, they resent my order to Outback and it was delivered to me for the second time. The second order was literally no better than the first order!! The second time not only did I not even get ANY asparagus at all, my sweet potato was no better than the first one I got!! It too was very small and smashed down. Needless to say, I'll never order from there again!! Outback should be ashamed of the quality of their food!! Waste of money!!! LONGHORN HAS GOT Y'ALL BEAT BY A LONG SHOT!!
