I was so excited to find this place while we were in town on travel!! Every one of their fresh pressed juices sounded amazing but this Energize juice that I picked for myself is quite honestly the absolute BEST I personally have ever had anywhere….including my own kitchen! This will be a definite must stop whenever we are visiting. I highly recommend!!!

Just what we were looking for! We had Detox and Relieve. Made fresh on the premises and delicious! What a nice surprise to find a raw juice bar in Paducah. The smoothies also sound amazing!
So on my work trip to Paducah I was looking for a healthy place to have breakfast before my shift. I love smoothies and juice so decided I had to stop here. While there are other places similar to here in Paducah, I like supporting small businesses so obviously I came here! It's in the back of a health store which resembles a pharmacy and they have about 8 different flavors of smoothies and juices to choose from. All made in front of you with fresh ingredients. Surprise juice/ smoothie stand inside a wellness center. This little building offers all types of wellness services, aromatherapy, CBD, and a great natural selection of pantry stapes with a few frozen items. The Smoothies are deliciously crafted and offer different benefits and combinations. I liked that some were coconut water based, others almond milk and other juice based. Two sizes were offered and presented in recyclable cups. I felt the super large circumference of the straws was a bit tacky and sorta against the natural way of living since straws are unnecessary plastic but also kinda essential for a thick smoothie. We got the energize and island getaway smoothie. Both were filling and balanced. Thanks for the awesome customer service and healthy start to the day :)
