Stopped in about noon and it was dirty. Every table had crumbs. The drink station needed cleaning. The trash was full. I do not think I will be going back.

Normally, this place is pleasant to deal with, unless they are busy, which slows it down considerably. However, I was by there a few nights ago and, even though the company hours stated the restaurant was open until 8, they decided to close at 7. I had already placed an order on their app, but when I arrived, I could not get in, despite a dining room full of employees who ignored me and offered no explanation. I went through the drive thru and no one answered. Finally, I called and a few minutes later, the store manager met me at the window. I told her I was trying to get the drink I had ordered. She tried to rush me off, but I told her I had a question, which as a good customer I had a right to ask. Instead of hearing me out and offering an answer, she shut and locked the window in my face. I was very insulted, especially since I am a regular. Needless to say, I will not be back.

We stopped here for the wifi. It was very poor. The food was up to panera standards. We enjoyed it. The only other thing not up was they just felt the need to close an hour early so we were rushed to eat.
I hate it. Really, Really hate it when a food service staff member puts their hand inside my drink cup. Please, Please, please include this in your training.Wearing a glove doesnt make it any "cleaner". You likely have the same gloves touching other items. I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to embarrassed or upset her. But management: please address this. Please.

Had a terrible experience trying to pick up two door dashes. Got to the location and one order was ready to be picked up and the other had not come through their system till about 10 seconds into me asking about it. The lady to begin with didn’t seem like she wanted to even be spoken to. As I’m trying to assure her that it’s no big deal, she begins to ridicule me for accepting two door dashes at once and tells me I’m not suppose to do that. I try to explain to her how the app works only to be met with more rudeness and obvious frustration by saying “it won’t be my fault if the order you have now is cold” I told her that she was coming off a little rude. She began to raise her voice telling me to step away from the desk or she was going to ban me from Panera. I often eat here as well, so I am upset with this interaction that I’ve never had to deal with. This happened February 16th, 2024 at around 12:45 pm at the Paducah, Kentucky location.

I've been in Panera Bread stores all over the country and this was the dirtiest. Look at the dish return/trash area. There was barely enough room for my used napkins. And the men's room was disgusting.
