This place is usually where I go every time I visit Paducah without fail. But this last time, the workers just weren't concerned with customer service and the food had changed alot. The interior has gone downhill. It's not super well kept. It's not totally disgusting but I don't enjoy watching 5-6 people just standing around when they could be cleaning. I've spend 10 years on CS and I've learned there's always something to do. I used to have a good love for this place but I think I'll be hitting up firehouse subs next time

For the price you get quite a bit of food. All in all you can't beat it. Sometimes the food is slightly cold bc it sits in those containers laid out like a buffet style. But other than that I don't have any negatives. I always get the Burrito Bowl and I layer it up with almost everything.(11 dollars) Make sure you ask what is hot and what isn't. Also if you don't ask for sour cream they won't ask you.

I have Doorsashed them before and the food was absolutely phenomenal!! It always arrives hot and fresh! I get everything I order every time and this time was no exception. Very convenient and fast. Great food for when I need something in a pinch. Would defiantly recommend and I always have such a pleasant time when I order from them. Thank you so much for the amazing food and the wonderful experience!

We eat here all the time. Not one time has it been like this. We paid $11+ for bowls We buy same thing every time we go amd we go atleast 3 times a week. The pulled pork bowl I had. Bowl was so tiny I thought my husband ate it before he got home with it. There was 1/3 there that's normally a full bowl. Not happy. The cheso is so spicy I had to pick it off. This is how I saw the ingredients. We r not happy at all.

This was my first time going to this restaurant we just moved to the area and I have to say it was so yummy. The customer service was fantastic. They knew it was our first time they brought us samples of the salsa and the soup to try which I thought was super great. Now we know the flavors better so happy we went here and gave this place a shot. We will definitely return.

I was served one of the soggiest quesadillas of my life. So much juice from the meat was pulled right on top of the tortilla before any cheese. This made it impossible to eat, every topping slipped out of the quesadilla. It was messy to eat and didn’t taste great.
Friendly and helpful staff. The mini bowl was just enough for lunch.

I dont know if it is the moons aligned perfectly or what, but this place is a whole lot better than Moes or Chipotle. The plant based meat is really good too!
