Wonderful prime rib!! I love that you can customize many items when ordering online. I would definitely eat at/ order from Rafferty's again!!I just had one frustration with the online ordering: You can request items to be held if you add the side under the Sides category and not under the Entree.I put a comment requesting chives and sour cream to not be added to the loaded baked potato. I received the butter, cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives all put together in a little plastic cup. However, if you order a loaded baked potato under the Sides category, you can indicate you don't want any of the loaded items (chives, sour cream, etc). Since the potato is under the entree, why would you go to the Sides I wouldn't have thought to order under the Sides menu since know if that effects the price of the entree.I can't rate atmosphere because we ordered for delivery.

It is expensive for what is offered on the menu. Entrees come with one side and no bread. If you want a second side and bread, it is extra. Service was adequate but not friendly. Burger was undercooked, ordered medium well, and it came out rare.

There was a freezing cold wind blowing on our table. We asked that it be adjusted, and it suddenly started blowing hot air, which fogged up the windows and condensed on the floor. A second adjustment brought back the cold wind. My food got cold before I could eat it. The French fries were soggy, stuck together and had an “off” taste. Don’t bother!

Anticipating the visit, given the closure of our Raffertys in Knoxville. The service provided was exceptional. However, the steak's flavor was underwhelming, reminiscent of a gas grill that had not been properly preheated. The baked potato was perfectly cooked. The beer was cold!

Food was excellent, the fried mushrooms were good to even the rest of my family who usually hates any form of them. Burgers have a little char on them, whether you like it or not is personal preference really.Server was super nice, atmosphere was pretty standard stuff. No idea why they have a TV in the men's bathroom though.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp, also has a sign outside stating that they're happy to help if any is needed.
Bev and I enjoyed having Elise as our server this evening. Not only was she pleasant and personable, she was most efficient in ensuring our drink and food orders were delivered timely. Elise’s pleasantness to us and other customers was appreciated especially in light of how busy the restaurant was on Eclipse Day. Thank you Elise for a wonderful meal with a happy smile.

Our party of 3 was turned away because they are understaffed. Plenty of seating everywhere. Open bar seating. Open outside seating. Open inside seating. Placed on waiting list and told bartender is too busy. We come here all the time it’s not usually like this. Your staff today was rude and not working apparently…
Some of the worst food I have ever had. The fried mushrooms and potato soup were so salty they were inedible. The small side salad with garlic ranch was good. The only thing I would recommend if you eat here. The wait staff was friendly. Pretty noisy but I guess that comes with the territory as it is essentially a bar
