I ordered through the application and checked in and it too them 45 minutes to bring 2 route 44s Waters with add ins. I had to hit the red button to call in....which was ridiculous.

Had the new BBQ burger and BBQ tots. It was the most revolting thing I've eaten in a long time. I don't know if it was spoiled or if it was just terrible but we couldn't eat it. Sent in a survey but never got a response. Went to the Southside store in front of Walmart. Food at sonic has been declining for years and I think we'll just give up giving them another chance.

Was here around 5 o’clock today and a little blonde girl with ponytail and a bad attitude served my family and got our order wrong and literally argued with me over the intercom because she did not want to admit that she did not give us any sauce and shorted us an order of mozzarella sticks and gave us something completely different yet she did not even want to come check. She just kept repeating that she was right and we were wrong implying we were lying about having any sauce and the mozzarella sticks that we were shorted. She was very rude and gave us quite a tone and when she did come back out, she said well our fryer just started back up so it will be awhile and I said I will be speaking to her manager over her attitude and horrible service and she pointed her finger rolled her eyes and said go ahead and stormed off. I have never endured such horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I ordered 2 chilli dogs,the buns were wet from water,the chili was watered down as well. But what surprised me the most was when the employee in the drive up window asked me if I needed my change back. I have never been asked such a STUPID question,of course I want my almost $4 in change back. I've been going to Sonic drive-in restaurants my whole life and this location for 5 years,this is the worst it's ever been. I will not be back.

I order a burger and ask that it s dropped fresh and was served meat that was cooked earlier and the lady told me she saw them cooking the meat like I don't know what fresh cooked meat looks and tastes like!!!

My local sonic is awesome but even out of town ones are just as great always conveniently located a great drive in experience.and we all love those onion rings and cherry limeade great prices and still priced reasonably well even going into 2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR MY SONIC AND THANK YOU FOR ALL THESE Years service

The ordering system was not working correctly so it was hard for them to hear me and for me to hear them. I ordered a chili cheese dog that came with maybe a tablespoon of chili. Pretty sad. It tasted good, but it should have had more on there.

Waited an hour for a drink, a shake, and a blast. Others who came in after us got full meals before we got our drinks and ice cream. When we got the message that someone was coming with our stuff, it took almost 20 minutes for it to be delivered. We had to press the button and ask, and the girl who answered was rude. Ice cream and shake was melted. No way to get a refund for this, either. Unacceptable service.

Jumbo chicken hard as a brick nothing but bread no meat at all in it look like it was the bottom of the bag the shake way overcooked patty on sauces and we’re not answer the phone when you try to call after you get home and look at your food Then, if you do get a A hold of them they’ll tell you to write your name down and they don’t and half the time they don’t give your receipt you have to ask for your receipt then if they don’t write your name down they tell you you gotta have the receipt, but how can you have a receipt if they don’t even give it to you? One of the employees is very rude

Ordered a medium blast and hot fudge sundae. They came out said sudae was too runny, but would offer something else. We ordered a strawberry shake. Both were so melted we "drank" them. The blast is actually supposed to be thick enough to eat with a spoon. Mine was so soft the reese's chunks went to the bottom!
