Sat in the drive through for 15min before someone finally helped me, said I had to wait another 5min because they were “busy” when there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. Customer service was TERRIBLE, rude little girl working the drive through refused me service after I said I couldn’t wait any longer and would not take my order. Place needs to be shut down since it’s being ran by dopeheads.

Never eat at this subway again had sub delivered to my hotel and the bacon was not cooked went to talk to people at subway they said I had to ask for bacon to be cooked I said WHAT there going to make someone sick uncooked bacon

I went to the dining room last night at 7:50pm. My friend and I were the only customers in the store and there was one employee behind the counter. He looked at us when we came in, with no expression, and said he'd be with us in a minute. He proceeded to turn his back and catch meat slices out of the slicer. We waited, and waited... he filled a metal pan full of slices and took it to the back. There was a bunch of noise from the back. He came back around the corner, looked at us, said nothing, and started slicing meat again. Seriously. Not a word, just catching meat. My friend and I started to leave. He turned, looked at us, SAID NOTHING, and kept slicing meat. I went to my car, went back to the door, opened it and took a picture (picture stamp is 8pm- 10 minutes later!!!). Again HE SAID NOTHING. We left without food. The worst customer service (and most bizarre) I've ever encountered. He truly just wanted us to leave so he ignored us until we did. I won't be back.

I walked in the manager told me hello then walked away. There was another person working sweeping the floor and they both just completely ignored me, They just kept talking on and on about scheduland other things about the restaurant. Evidently, they're not too much worried about making money as I stood there for about 4 or 5 minutes before I got fed up and walked out the door both of these people need to be fired.

The gentleman behind the counter last week during the afternoon was super friendly, I wish I could remember his name. I usually get good food here. I do recommend going inside vs ordering through the drive thru if your order is extensive or complicated.
Servic is a zero. Only when the manager is there. Must be a new manager I've only seen her a few times. Everyone else besides her does a great job when it comes to customer service. She's rude and very angry about online orders apparently.

Just a heads up the coupons you get in the mail do not work here. Again the green coupons you get in the mail will not work. Jennifer said the owner said not to. But the subway in Pilot in Paducah by Cairo will accept them go there to save u time. They do not post it you just find out at the register.

I love subway food especially during the summer months. I work close to this location and have had good nice service only one time. Most times the employees are rude and lack customer service skills. I placed an order online for lunch and when my husband arrived he was told that lunch time is not a good time to order food?!?! Its lunch its the best time to order food!!! Figure out how to monitor you online orders and well as in person orders. IT IS PART OF THE JOB. Definitely need to brush up on customer service at this location.
