We went through the drive through on our 12 hour drive home from my mother in laws funeral and when we ordered our food we were left at the first window so assumed we needed to go the second window. There we were left while there was a worker right by us just for him to tell us to go around. Later we found out he meant to the front doors. By the time we found out it had been over 20 mins and there were 3 ppl ahead by the doors. We never received our food and my husband went in twice to get it and is asking for a refund now however even with the receipt they say they “don’t know what we ordered so they can’t get it to us”. everything else closes within 10 mins and we are 99% sure we just watched them give someone else our food because they went in to complain. Several others seem to have had the same problem around us as everyone has been going in after waiting by the door.

Asked for a refund they said they would do then after 15 mins I gave up on the refund and will have to go through corporate to get compensated for being charged for no food. I never had a manager just disappear from the building before.

My husband just ordered from the drive thru and they forgot my taco and also gave us the wrong burritos. I couldn’t enjoy my food cause it wasn’t what I ordered. Also last time we were there one of the employees was very rude because they got our order wrong again and we had to re order.

Don't none of these restaurants anymore, make and prepare the food like they used to back in the day. This burrito was so skinny and small. I was about ready to take it back. But I have an 8 since 8 o'clock last night and I was hungry. I should have went to Burger King or arby's. At least I know where I would have gotten there. Or I should have just went to the Mexican restaurant just down the street from them. That place is good.
