Went through drive through & got a Mexican pizza. Very good, cooked properly & hot. Service was friendly & efficient. I will definitely return for more take out.

Waited 45 mins didn’t get the drinks eitherYear later pulled up at 9:38 and they tell me their closed after taking the order in front of me and telling me they close 3 hours and 22 minutes before they are stated to close.

Go to one TB and basically all the same...right? Not here.We are always expecting to have...the food just....thrown together, missing some ingredients/food ..not even warm...just a below average experience and expectations..this location is above that.The tall younger lad at the drive thru window was very courteous and pleasant. Food was warm and the soft shell tacos were full... actually full of the various ingredients/food

Food is what you expect. Girl behind the counter was very nice and did her job well with a smile, she deserves a raise! I will give it a 4th star because of her. Food deserves 2 stars only.
Food was great I had an issue with my order honest mistake and the Manager was fantastic and handled it immediately and was so kind and even gave me coupons for free tacos. I don't know his name but I'm the lady allergic to lettuce and he made sure personally that lettuce never touched my food he was excellent and deserves a raise!!!!! I highly recommend the TACO BELL BY THE MALL!

Placed a mobile order as a guest. The money came out of my account. But I never got a confirmation code or an email. Since I signed in as a guest. I still went to the restaurant to pick up my order Since they still took the money out of my account, and they insisted that they didn't have my order. When I asked for a refund they said that they couldn't refund me Because it was still a pending transaction. Here we are an hour and a 1/2 later. And I now have to file a dispute because they still did not have my order. Glad to know that though They will gladly take the money out of your account and put it on hold as a preauthorization Like they are a pharmacy..but you never retrieve your food. You just give them your money's worth for free.

We stood there at the automated consoles for 20 mins, and we were obviously having issues finding the items. Not a single employee came to assist or to take an order at the counter. We left without putting in an order. We had a total of 10 people.
