The last two time I’ve been here I didn’t receive my whole order, checked the receipt both times and they charged for the items I didn’t receive. I didn’t realize I was missing items until I got home. I won’t be going back

My colleagues and I didn't have long to grab lunch - we're attending a seminar here in Paducah - Quick service - meals were exactly what we ordered (no mistakes) very nice people in there at the counter - even made sure to spell my name correctly ? (most don't) quiet and clean - several customers but still a nice atmosphere - will definitely go back when I'm down this way again!

Mann... how it's fallen... food wasn't cooked all the way and dude got the portions wrong. Not to mention hows it gonna take you 20 minutes to make a quesadilla and SGT with maybe 6 other tacos in someone else's order? 5 to 7 minutes

Just love seeing the downfall of this place. Order is wrong every time, takes 20 min to get food in the drive thru. Don’t forget to tell them to add the 1 million pounds of salt on your food as well! What happened to the old Taco Johns?

Outstanding experience… in the worst way. We were there a total of 55 minutes and still left without food. Took quite a while to order. From the time stamp on my paid receipt until the time I finally got someone to speak with me, 30 minutes passed. They said my order had already gone out (I guess to someone else). They were supposed to be fixing it. 15 minutes after that I asked for a refund when they told me the order had gone out already for the second time (again, not sure who it went to but it wasn’t me). I ordered ONE combo, that’s it. I finally got a refund and left starving almost an entire hour later. I was also late for an appointment. Terrible first impression of Taco Johns.

Messed up the order several times and this happens alot everytime we come every Thursday and had customers waiting for more that 15mins and even more than 40mins no one came up to take orders. Even when they take forever the order is still not correct. In all honesty I miss the old employees that worked there and they always got the order right on the first try!
