I sat at the speaker to order 5+ minutes behind someone who finally just left...I pulled up and waited again long enough to wonder if it was working so I said Hello...immediately I was told to wait as she was busy. Waited again...finally placed my order and waited again. All in all it took 25+ minutes to get my order. Food was fine but as seems to be the case with all Wendy's...service at the drive thru stinks!

Usually I get a Dave's double no tomatoes but this time around I got a baconator. The one with the pretzel bun. Drive through was super nice but forgot my straw lol. Fries were hot and burger was great!

I try every few months to give this wendys location another chance. They brutally mess my family food up everytime. Ask for a spicy chicken sandwich, receive a Dave's single. Ask for extra onions/no tomato on a cheeseburger deluxe, it has no onion but a very white/green tomato. One time they tried to tell me that they don't have a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe on their meal and there was nothing wrong with my deluxe that had mustard on it (mustard doesn't go on it), they literally told me they don't have a jr cheeseburger deluxe, which I order all the time at lone oak location. The lone oak location is great. Zack the manager cares about the customers satisfaction and there is never anything wrong with my order. Lone oak is so much better.

Check your bag when leaving this store. They ALWAYS leave small things off the sandwiches and salads, and they almost always forget condiments. They just decided to leave the onion, pickles, blue chz, and crispy onions out of my order for no reason even though it comes with all those things. Hope you have time to spare as well. 20 minutes order time if the restaurant is empty. If it's busy, forget about it. Lobby is locked 75% of the time so everybody has to wait in drive thru queue, even the delivery people. I expect better since the prices have almost tripled in the last 20 years, the quality has gotten worse, portions smaller, and service is way worse. Thanks "surge pricing" customer service.

Doors to dining area are constantly locked for no reason. Constantly dealing with rude, impatient employees in drive thru, they need a complete overhaul, including management!! This place used to get my business........not anymore!!
