A waste of time and money. Don’t order togo from here. The employees don’t know the difference between tenders and wings or they just did not want to drop any tenders being lazy in the last hour before close. Unpleasant attitude from cashier.

Ordered food tonight and the estimated time was 40 mins which is already pretty high. Order was placed at 8:50. My dad went to pick the order up after 30 mins (9:20) and they told him it would be another 40 minutes. At which point the store would be closed. Apparently my wings were burnt.As someone who used to serve at a steak house I’m used to high ticket times but even I haven’t had a refry take that long.

When I arrived I asked if my order was complete and was told no. No big deal obviously. I see them stacking take out orders as I sit and watch right in front of the two teenage employees out front. My order sat for 15 minutes before I had to go ask again if my order was ready. If I’m a foot in front of the employees shouldn’t be my job to hunt for my paid food. Food is now cold. 1 star

The wings are great. The service is pretty slow. The workers are helpful and friendly. I do recommend that they check the dates on the ketchup packets. I was wondering why the ketchup was not sticking to my fries. I looked at the packet date. It was expired. So, needless to say, I used the ranch instead.

Ordered 10 piece off the menu, was not given a receipt, was not asked if I wanted dipping sauce. When my order came and I asked for ranch, they wanted to see my receipt or have me pay $1.26 for a small ranch sauce. Every other restaurant in town would give you dipping sauce except this place.No napkins other than the flimsy one with plastic fork....A WING RESTAURANT WITH OUT NAPKINS!!!! Are you kidding me?Chicken was not remarkable, actually kinda tough and dry.
