EDIT TO UPDATE: The General Manager has reached out to me and was so sincere and apologetic! We had a wonderful conversation to address and correct the issues we experienced. As a result, he has generously offered to credit our next visit, which we will happily accept and we look forward to a better experience in the future. Thank you, Mr. McNemar!NEVER ATTEMPTING TO GO HERE AGAIN!!!!Table of 2. Sat for over an hour after ordering and never received anything, while at least 5 other tables, which arrived after us, in our section received both appetizers and entrees. 4 different waiters and managers asked us what we ordered and promised to check and we never heard from them after. We finally walked out when the same manager came to ask us what we had ordered again. Terrible service. Never going to return, save yourselves the aggravation!

If you order the 4 cheese Mac n cheese or the 3 cheese penne pasta, be prepared to add salt. The artichoke spinach dip needed more seasoning too. It was very bland. The rest was quite good. And the staff was very helpful and nice. However they forgot a few things, but were quick to resolve it.
