I’ve spent a good portion of time at Arby’s of Pikeville, I enjoy Arby’s food , no complaints there ,even having been a former employee there and potentially getting burnt out on the food due to eating there more so than anywhere else,seemed most convenient I might add , but either way I still enjoy it and eat there often, employees are great, and it’s came a long way from where it was in my thoughts at one point in the past.

We had a 30 minute wait in the drive thru and there was only 2 cars infront of us, when i pulled up to the window to pay, the cashier had NO CLOTHES on!! I would leave no stars if I could. I told the manager to fire the worker but he completley ignored me. Then I finally got my half pound of roast beef burger and they FORGOT MY 3 LARGE FRIES AND HONEY MUSTARD. I got so mad i walked in there and guess what. I COULDN'T FIT IN THE DOOR!! I ONLY WEIGH 432 POUNDS. How am I supposed to get my daily dose of greasy food if I cant fit in the door to get my food WHAT THE Heck!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!
This Arby's was decent, drive through time was quick, staff was busy and service reflected that. The meat tasted watered down which was off putting.

Food was great but their curly fries needs to b more softer than being hard. Mine was hard as a brick still had flavor cudnt eat them. The crinkle fries were great and soft.
this Pikeville Arby's is horrible! we waited I line for around 30 minutes, and when we finally got our food it was not even right. I took my sandwich back in, then tried to eat but the fries were cold and tough, and my new sandwich was just slopped together. $20 down the drain for absolutley nothing. I will NEVER eat at this location again.

The staffing at this location is often VERY poorly managed. There have been several occasions where only one human being is the only person there for the majority of a day. As such the wait time to get through can be longer then 30 minutes just to be able to order your food. This often results in things missing from an order, or just wrong. Surprisingly the people working inside are kind, considerate and apologetic for the state of the restaurant. For fast food, the quality of the food is fair to good, it is not fast though.

Order the Arby's roast beef for the hubby and myself. It was hot and delicious when we opened our sandwiches. The person at the drive-thru was super friendly and even put Arby's sauce in our bag without being asked.

Outstanding food and Theora get cream shakes are to due for! Just don't use the men's room! Both tines inside it looks worse than an outhouse ! Mgr needs to check them both on their rounds!
