We were seated at a dirty table. I asked the server if she could bring me a wet towel to clean the table off. She said “sure” and came back a few minutes later and tossed a stack of dry napkins on the table and left. I went to the restroom to get the napkins wet so I could scrub the dried bbq sauce and cheese sauce off of the table.We ordered, and my son was given a chicken tender that was clearly not all the way cooked. The breading was still wet and the meat was gooey and pink. I asked the server for a new tender and she just said “sure”. A few moments later a different server just laid a plate with a tender down and walked away.No smiles. No apologies. No attempt to win us over as repeat customers.Tater tots were overcooked and cold.The best part was the drinks- and she did keep us refilled well.

The food was amazing. Their employees were very polite and extremely nice and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond while serving us! It was an all around great dining experience for me and my family of four. I highly recommend this place if you love wings!Parking: Plenty of parking and lots of room.Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids of all ages. They greeted each child and the hostess was very friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Their is wheelchair ramps and accessible seating to accommodate any wheelchair user's needs.

Service was bad very slow only a few families in there at the time, took forever just to get the menus after they pointed us to where they wanted us to sit, table infront of us was there first and still waiting on there food when we left. food was cold chicken wings were tough. Not the first bad experience went a few months ago and had the same issues.

Me and my wife came today and ordered food. My wife is pregnant and wanted dessert but before we could order dessert the waitress Amber rushed us out by bringing boxes and the receipt before we even asked for it and before we could order dessert. The whole time we were there Amber rushed us. Horrible service great food too bad the waiter we usually have wasn’t there today because he’s better.

Sometimes my expierence here is okay but, tonight I did not have much sauce on my wings and my onion rings did not come with the normal sauce that makes them. I placed a pickup order and it took an additional 20 minutes to receive. I used to be a weekly customer now not so much.
