Absolutely the BEST Mexican food anywhere I've ever had. Service has Always been great.

Food was not very good. I did tell the server I didn't like the al pastor tacos, and I didn't eat them. He didn't ask if I wanted anything else nor did he remove them from the bill.

Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced at El Azul and the food wasn’t much better. Drove 3 and a half hours to visit the in laws for a Birthday, called in an order and stopped on the way in to pick it up. Young guy at the counter hands my Wife a bag and we continue our trip. 10 minutes down the road I asked her to get me something from the bag and she realizes my order is wrong and half of the entire $70 order is missing. We turn around and travel another 10 minutes back to the restaurant. I walk in with the bag and tell the young guy half my order is missing. He turns around and hands me the other bag he failed to give my Wife the first time. I could understand if they were busy or something, but they were dead and he just didn’t care at all. I ask him, “seriously?” He smirks and shakes his head yes. I start to walk out and turn around upset and ask “not a sorry, an eff you, nothing?” He didn’t respond. Waited until I got almost out the door and said something I didn’t hear.Added 30 minutes to my trip, my order was still wrong, and now we get to eat cold food, for $70. My wife also asked if she could get a small cup of the seasoning salt they season their chicken with (she has done this for years with no issue) and they simply tell her “no”.As for the food, I asked for no onions on the el azul cheese steak and I swear there was at least a pound of onions in them. A comical amount. The steak, the fajitas, the vegetables all looked like they barely touched a skillet, everything was undercooked and under seasoned. Guacamole was baby poop brown. The rice is different than I’ve ever had from El Azul before. We used to love it, but this was AWFUL. The cheese quesadillas might have been decent when they were hot, but by the time we got to eat it was a soggy falling apart tortilla with a rubber wad of cheese.Beyond disappointed. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid (mostly the downtown location) and have never had an issue like this. The young punk at the register needs to be washing dishes and replace him with someone that has a shred of decency.

Wife's meal was inedible except for the same.

Not great. Food was fair but too much lettuce. Service was subpar and No friendliness at all. Was hoping this was going to be good but disappointed.

Food was ok but overpriced. Salsa was right out of a bottle - no substance at all. For a child’s meal of beef taco and rice and a chicken quesadilla for myself plus we each had a drink - first check he brought was $13+ which seemed right. He came back, picked that up and said he’d made a mistake and left a check for $19+. Waaaay overpriced for literally a plain taco, a plain quesadilla and 2 drinks.

You can always count on El Azul for solid Mexican food. You get your order fast, and the servers are generally attentive. This was my first time at this location, and it's definitely a better atmosphere than their location at the Landmark.

Staying at the Landmark Hotel, and this restaurant is on premises. Excellent service and food. Many menu choices, with great prices.
