TLDR: didn't have my regular order so barista recommended something, went out of her way to make it, and it turned out amazing!Stopped by this afternoon for my usual (hot) Chai Tea Latte on my way back home. To my dismay they were out of their Chai Tea mix, but the barista that took my order (I can't remember her name unfortunately) showed me a listed of some of the barista's favorite drinks. I told her that I can't drink coffee (very unfortunate for me I know; I would live on caffeine if I could, but unfortunately for me my body hates caffeine in large doses, which means one black tea is about as much as I can drink) so she recommended a London Fog.She explained that it was Earl Grey tea with lavender and vanilla syrup. Sounded great to me as I have a massive sweet tooth. As I waited, after walking around the thrift shop part of the coffee shop (found a cute wallet that I ended up buying), she decided she would personally make my tea (I'm assuming because she recommended it so she wanted to make it to her standards) and when she handed it to me she said if I didn't like it she would make me something else free of charge. Took a sip and it was actually very good (5/5 on taste)! I will definitely make this part of my regular rotation and I honestly wish I would have tipped her more!

My wife has loved their coffee since they opened, I’m not much of a coffee person so I would always just get a hot chocolate. They added the Thai Food menu and I was interested; went to try it today and their food was absolutely scrumptious! The flavors mixed magnificently and the spices and sauce gave it a nice kick of heat! I will very much be going back and I certainly recommend them! That’s not even to mention their library, nooks, and thrift store!!!

Having had an iced latte daily in my hometown, this one was ok. 2 teenage girls serving, one more interested in the teenage boy visiting.Overall setting of the shop is great with a little bit of everything. The library lounge was most pleasant!Iced latte was fair. Loved the city of Pikeville!!!

9/2023: Came here as it seems like the only real coffee option in town. They don’t open until 9:30am, which seems late on a weekend. But the girl behind the counter was efficiency, if not openly friendly, and prepared the coffee quickly. Seems like an interesting little place with space for working or studying, and consignments all over the surprisingly large interior. Definitely falls into the quirky category.

Great little coffee shop. My review is solely based on the coffee and staff interaction as I did not look at the rest of the store. The coffee was exactly as I ordered and tasted great. The staff was very friendly. I am a hard of hearing customer, and the staff took the time to read my order from my phone and also utilized writing to ensure my order was correct (how many espresso shots, etc.)Overall I would recommend stopping by.
Such a warm cozy place for coffee, books, and more!

I enjoy stopping in for a hot cup of tea and perusing their thrift items. They also have a delightful section of handmade crafts, jewelry, and art. I'm diabetic so I haven't given into the temptation of trying one of their delicious looking desserts, but I have had a sandwich there and it was scrumptious. They have a supplier for fresh deli meats and their bread is so soft and fresh. The employees have always been friendly and they write out cute and sweet things on their coffee cup sleeves. I highly recommend FaithLife Market to everyone.
