The McDonald's restaurant in question appears to be experiencing some operational challenges. There is a lack of soap in the restrooms, with the soap dispenser appearing to be damaged or malfunctioning. Additionally, the fountain drink machine is not dispensing ice. These issues may be a result of the high customer traffic that the restaurant is experiencing.

Lines are always long, of course I gotta pull up a head of the window and wait the about 8 min later the lady brings my bag with out the sauces I told them I wanted onions on my husbands M doubles with a tag saying no onions. And our Double Quarter Pounders had dark brown almost black hamburger patties on them and my quarter pounder had no bun it was in a pancake container with was fine. What I didn't like is it was shoved in the bag on its side with the mayo was leaking all over the bottom of the bag and my food looked like slop that was burnt.
If they could get more workers it would be better but over all the food was good.

The boy with short blondish brown hair that works nights at the window is extremely rude. He always has an attitude, and rolled his eyes to my fiance tonight after making me wait 15 minutes for old fries and some ice

Don't ever go here after school hours and with the management that let's the school boys have their way!!!!!!!! Completely 100percent nasty and you never get what you ordered!!!!!
The worker are so rude I went there to get a mocha frappe and the worker that took my order said that that they no longer do the frappes then I talked to a worker the next time I was in there and she said they do have

Like the Carmel frappe I can take or leave everything else....Kid-friendliness: I mean considering it's a McDonald's I'd give it a 5/10. Nothing to do with employees or anything I just feel like they should replace the play place with something kid oriented that people can't shove snakes and needles into. I mean it's been 10 years since they removed them and we can't put something for kids inside it again.....???
