Food is amazing but there are two ladies who work there who are just outright rude and make the experience awful. The first time I went they were extremely rude to the customers in front of us and the second time they were rude to my mom. Food is amazing but the customer service is awful .

Bottom tier Moe’s. Completely inconsistent. Online, app orders are almost always missing ingredients. Ordered a burrito with chicken, got home and the burrito had all the filling EXCEPT the chicken. This isn’t even an isolated incident. Ordered guacamole multiple times to come home and find no guac. The food is inconsistent as well. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Save your money.

Had This location cater a business lunch. Order weeks in advance food never arrived location said had no idea that there was an order.
We ordered Dinner it's not like it use to be years ago. The steak taste like rubber we asked for grilled onions they through in hot pepper we never asked for the food was nasty lost our money. We will never be going back there no more!

The inside is closed for renovations. No problem. When I went inside to order the staff seemed annoyed that I was there. No huge deal because I'm sure they don't get paid much for the crummy customers that come in on a day to day basis. When I was filling my drink, a roach came out of the machine! Yuck! I will not return on that reasoning alone.

Lobby area was messy. Was only 4 customers in lobby so they were not busy. Restrooms were not clean. Employees were more worried about their phones.
Would not help with the drink machine. Would not put out ice. The lady said it was just stuck keep trying and would not help.

One of the poorest experiences in fast food. At 5:30, they were out of or low on most items and plans of restocking, ie., black beans and salsas. No one was pleased to be be working and unapologetic. We would have registered complaint w management but it seems they were part of the problem.

This place seems to be pretty consistent with the food quality. I enjoy it. The price is kindly steep though. Some of the seating needs repaired and the bathroom needs a deep clean.
