We love PS, but this time was a bad experience. Service was really slow. Lids did not fit cups, resulting in 2 spills. Fries were overcooked and tasted burnt. It was also a small portion. Philly cheesesteak was fine. Italian was a bloody mess. It looked like it was literally thrown together.

I’ve lived here for four years and just now finally tried this place when my mom came to visit & all I have to say is wow! I should’ve tried this place four years ago! The chicken parm sub is amazing!
A few things about this place, the staff was very friendly, the food was fresh and pretty decent, the large order of fries is quite a bit more than expected, I took a photo next to a 32oz drink for reference. I’d definitely go back, cheesesteak wasn’t bad at all.

Penn Station is same as its always been..food is awesome. Great fries..good service..only negative thing I can say is it's a little pricey..$35 for me and a date to get regular size sandwiches and drinks!...uh. these are sandwiches people!..not steak. Lol..but they are very good sandwiches

Have eaten here several times in the past few months while traveling. Used the online ordering platform and picked up order at the drive through window. That worked great for me. Sandwiches were made to order and very tasty. The fries are a must with every order. Philly cheese steak and spicy Italian are my personal favs.

The food was amazing, but I got a hair in my food. Also the food was a bit late. It took 47 minutes to arrive. But other than those little setbacks, the food and experience was great.Would recommend

It really was a fine restaurant; Good seating, chill staff, but a Classic Italian should have more than just pep as the protein. Pepperoni is such a bold tasting sausage that it overpowered all of the other ingredients except the banana peppers.

Ate there for the first time ever last week. Took forever to get my order and they managed to put mayo on it all though I specifically asked for no mayo. Never found out until I got back to work. Probably won't be eating there again.
