My burger was literally wadded up and half wrapped. The bun and wrapper was completely soaked with grease. So much that I had to scrape it off the burger. At that point I tossed it in the trash. Never will I eat there again.
I have been to cleaner S&S restaurants, and if I'm to be honest if I had walked into the restroom before ordering I may not have ordered.But I did, and the food was slightly below the average for my past S&S experiences and the fries were cold when I got them.But it is the only S&S in this area, so you take what you can get, I guess. But in the future I'd just as soon go someplace else.

We waited 30 minutes for our take out. The manager came to us and we told her the time we been there, and she said we were wrong. We showed her the receipt with the time. At not time she apologize, even when she gave us the food. Also the floors where greasy and

Waited in line 30 mins and I was the 5th car in line, didn't get my order right, my Cajun fries weren't Cajun and I was missing an order of fries, and the fries were cold. For 32$ it was lousy..

I have been to cleaner S&S restaurants, and if I'm to be honest if I had walked into the restroom before ordering I may not have ordered.But I did, and the food was slightly below the average for my past S&S experiences and the fries were cold when I got them.But it is the only S&S in this area, so you take what you can get, I guess. But in the future I'd just as soon go someplace else.

I give it a 0 as an previous employee the store manager made me miserable. I only kept working because I have 2 kids so money was needed. She trash talks about her employees to customers, calls us vulgar names along with Soooooo much more. Don't recommend it at all as long as the store manager is still there.
