I’ve waited to post because I thought maybe it was just a 1-time bad experience but this is my regular crust-it’s literally thin crust on half and regular on the other. I’ve ordered breadsticks in the last couple orders and they’ve also lacked the “pillowy soft” texture they boast on their box. I’m not sure if they aren’t proofing their dough or need new yeast or what but as a dough lover, I’ve been so disappointed as this is the main reason I order from Papa...read full review
