Walking in to see my order siting but yet the employee made me wait no joke 10 minutes to bag it up. What kinda service is this

I met this morning with a smile; then ordered a Latte & breakfast this morning. The sevice was fast, especially for the morning.I've been working at a jobsite digging; I finished off my water faster than I thought. Due to being muddy, I didn't want to walk-in & track mud everywhere. A customer let me walk to the drive-in window. I asked if it was possible to get top off my bottle with water & I'd pay for it. They said that they could & enev offered ice.Thank you, Cole for your help at the window, your hospitality, kindness, professionalism, & patience.

I came through this Starbucks drive-through at about 6:25 in the morning on Wednesday and ordered a large ice water ..As I was approaching the window they didn’t understand what type of water I wanted when I simply said, I wanted freeze dried strawberries inside. I mentioned I was in a hurry for work since the employee held up the line socializing with the customer in front of me for over 10 minutes. The older gentleman who was waiting on me, said “don’t tell me you’re in a hurry in my drive thru.” I am a doctor in the emergency room who is on call. I don’t appreciate being treated that way when lives are on the line and I wanted a simple ice water, and I never got my drink. This sorry man needs a new job or retirement. Do better.

My order wasn’t ready until 13 minutes after the expected timeframe on the app. Sadly, this is normal for this location. I’m not sure why ALL the other locations seem to run fine except this one.

Unfortunately I have a bad experience every time I come to this Starbucks. I am a doordash delivery driver, so I am here often and almost every single time I come in I cannot get an employees attention. There's drinks just stacked up on the counter that seemingly belong to no one. I find it strange that there are so many people standing at the counter waiting for their drink and not a single one that's on the counter belongs to them??I just canceled a pick up there because I could not get an employee's attention to find out if the unmarked drink I was picking up was mine. All I needed was for it to be marked and bagged so I could go on with my delivery. While I was there, a little girl knocked a steaming hot tea over on her hand and all over the counter and floor. Her hand was scalded and the employees didn't blink an eye, or even ask if she was ok. They were also in no hurry to clean up the mess before someone slipped in it. It just dripped and spread everywhere.Where is the manager while all this is going on?

Well, I ordered 2 drinks using my app for pickup and both drinks were NOT good at all. The sweet cold foam tasted funny to the point my 17 yr old daughter wouldn't drink it because she thought it would make her sick later. I ordered a white chocolate mocha exactly like my last order and it tasted like water, wasn't filled but 3/4 the way up and no whipped cream. I thought maybe the whipped cream may have melted but there were no remnants of it if they did put it in. I guess it doesn't matter how full it was because I couldn't drink it anyway. I only leave a review if I feel strongly about it and this one was definitively needed. The drinks are expensive that they should be drinkable at the very least.

my favorite Starbucks location! i go all the time but went this morning and wasn't even in line for 5 minutes but they got my order mixed up, once i got to the window and realized they gave me the wrong order the manager apologized and made my correct drink and let me have it for free. i still offered to still pay because it wasn't a big deal to me and they were so quick to fix it and he still demanded i have it for free! always kind and fast paced!

This Starbucks is one of the best in the country! I go at least twice a day and they are always on their A game! Everyone who works here is very professional, hard working, and super friendly!! Gets my day started off on the right foot!!!

Many Prospect residents have been without power in the last several hours and inside this location the baristas are hard at work and through all of the several orders they have been nothing but pleasant, thoughtful and kind! Blessings to them for being a bright spot in my day and others!!

I love their coffee here but they are not so happy if you order cofee "only"! This is more of a manager review. Kids are kind and friendly though.

Literally. This is my home Starbucks and they amaze me and totally make my day. Cole, Theodora, Maggie, Tim and the rest of the prospect plaza crew always are helpful, kind, happy to see you and always giving wonderful suggestions when I want to switch up my coffee order. Unfortunately I don’t always get to stop by my home Starbucks do to where I work but when I do, I am so happy I did! ?
