Had to leave a review after the stellar experience.Our food was fresh and delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and - unlike many places today - when they weren't able to provide an item (as they were out of lobster) they very generously substituted another item (shrimp bites - which were awesome) with more than I actually paid for.This location is a staple as it is always customer-first. Went to lunch with mom which was great. I got the 2pc fish dinner with bread stick, Cole slaw and green beans. Mom got 2 pieces of fish, breadstick, and hush puppies. Everything was good and fresh. Service in the DT was excellent.

I always get hot food but my review is for the cashier Dedra. Wow! Superb customer service of ANY drive thru in Radcliff. I haven't been to Captain Ds in YEARS so this is my 1st one in Kentucky. They will get my business again because of this cashier alone!
