I enjoy Penn steak when there open today I did but I tried to go there last night around 8 and was told only taking online orders, I've also tried to go there during the week after work and they were closed open at 5pm so I never know what to expect with this location in Radcliff ky I hope it gets better

It’s 7:30 pm on a Saturday and there is a sign in the door saying closed, place order this way and that way , so I tried to call to place an order no answer. There was a girl sitting at the door just looking at me. Very rude. Offered no help or explanation. All I have is cash so I could not place an online order.

This is a really great place to get a darn good sandwich! We have eaten here a few times, but this last time I got the Reuben and it was actually very good. I recommend that anyone who likes a damn good sandwich to give them a try.

Service is terrible. We walked into the store and there were 2 employees both looked at us, neither one acknowledged us. After 8 min the guy took our order. We then moved to the second register and the girl at the grill said she’s not taking anymore orders “she can’t do it”. I myself run a restaurant I understand it gets busy however a “hello” or “I’ll be right with y’all” can go a long way. The guy was working on his own not very friendly but was getting the job done. Once we left, the guy closed the restaurant and put a note on the door saying they will reopen at 6 pm. This location needs some better staff or management that cares. Etown location is WAY better.

The restaurant was cold. I complained to the employees and they explained to me because the grill was hot. That's why they keep the restaurant at a certain temperature. I think it should be customers' first employees. Second, customers should not feel that they need to leave your restaurant because they're very uncomfortable because of the inside temperature.

I fell in love with this place in Franklin Indiana but created an expectation that this place couldn't even relate to. Flavorless and no I don't have COVID. It wasn't anything I hoped to pay for. Service was barely a thing and I believe self service would have been equally appealing. The place was a bit small and uninviting. It's Radcliffe so it is what it is.
