Food was great. We ordered the family.box and she brought it out like it should. Breadsticks as appetizers, pizza for the meal, and cinnasticks for dessert. Our server was very friendly and came over to check on us and chatted each time. The place was very clean and looked very nice compared to most pizza huts you can still dine in.

First, the good things,The facility is maintained and clean, including the restrooms, and the pizza is quite similar to Pizza Hut pizza of fifty years ago. There is ample free parking and handicapped parking is provided. Our order was ready in a reasonable time and. The pizza was as expected. And now the not so good things,The menu is limited, no salads, breadstucks,or desserts. The atmosphere might get a better rating except for the lack of customers. This place was empty except for one table and deadly silent. No background music or jukebox. Not even the normal behind the scenes sounds of a busy restaurant kitchen. This Pizza Hut has the ambiance and atmosphere of a morgue. The service rated poorly only because it was nearly non-existent. There was only one employee visible during our visit, and she was polite and helpful, but no table service is offered.. The single employee took our order at the entrance and payment is expected when the order is taken. She handed us two bottled soft drinks and our interaction with her was concluded until she brought a pizza to our table. The employee brought a single pizza to our table, with paper plates, plastic forks and paper napkins. We had no other contact with her or any other employee, just one quick trip to our table and no further contact. There are no menus! Only one menu at the counter at the entrance where we placed the order and it was difficult to read due to glare from a light over the counter. There is no ice available! The employee told us that the ice maker has been out of service for a long time and they can't afford to get it repaired or replaced.Soft drinks are served in plastic bottles as one would buy at a grocery store, and there are no glasses or paper cups or straws furnished, and no drink refills. The drinks were moderately cool when when given to us at the couter when we placed our order. No coffee, hot or iced tea is available and no beer is available. The employee told us that their alcoholic beverage license expired and management didn't renew it.There are no condiments on the tables, no Parmesan cheese or hot peppers, salt or pepper. Only an empty condiment carrier on each table. This restaurant is represented as a "Pizza Hut Classic" and the decor is similar to Pizza Huts of long ago, but the dining experience falls far short of of the original Pizza Huts.Everything considered, my two star rating is generous.

I only come here for dine in. The food is consistently excellent. Service is pretty bad. They're clearly not interested in waiting on customers. If you don't want to wait on me, don't ask for a tip when I'm purchasing the food.

The place has no ice for its fountain drinks….and you only get 1 refill on that same warm drink.Been this way for months. When asking when they plan on getting it fixed they avoid the question and blame it on management or something else.

The pizza was the worst I've ever had, the bread sticks were hard, and I believe old reheated , 36.12 for a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza and a order of breadsticks, a waste of money, I will never eat there again

Just visiting, grabbing something quick. The cashier was very nice and told us about available coupons without trying to upsale us. Our order was correct and that's all we could ask for.

Just ridiculous. I am visiting and was looking for a place to eat. I had placed my order with the cashier and was patiently waiting for my order. Moments after that they had a few customers in. Now for some reason the people who ordered after me got their before I did, even tho I placed my order first. I was waiting for about 25 minutes till all the other customers started getting theirs. I ordered it around 6:17pm it is now 7:57pm. I went to check the front to see what's going with my order and the lady was mentioning to his coworker who asked her where my order was she said she just started it. Oh to my surprise she started but didn't use any gloves and kept touching doors, surfaces that were dirty her apron which she kept wiping it on the same place after touching multiple dirty surfaces. Plain disgusting. -10,000,000/10. Highly suggest families to steer clear of this Pizza Hut location. Who knows maybe they don't wash their hands after the bathrooms. Also, when I asked for a refund they said they could only partially refund me my order because they already made it. So I took it to corporate. Yes I'm a male karen and this is the first time I'm gonna say I'm proud. Well, maybe if they listened to me when I asked nicely to use gloves I wouldn't had to go through corporate but I meant it with good intent to help parents find better options for their kids and they money!Edit: I drove 18 hours and was really hungry from the drive gmfu....

Similar to any other Pizza Hut. Although the staff here was notably friendly, and I love how it still looks like an early 2000's Pizza Hut. That being said, if you get water from here make sure it's bottled water, that's what I was told by the lady at the register.

This place will not deliver to residences on post. They make you do carryout only. Dominos and Papa Johns have zero issues with delivering here, so they will get all of the neighborhood business. It's absolutely insane that they will deliver to the house ten feet from you, but not to you. They really need to rethink how they do business. No wonder the one on post closed.

I'm TDY to Ft Knox right now and wanted to try the Pizza Hut I always drive past near base. I walked in and the ambiance was very nostalgic and clean. It's the Pizza Hut I remember as a kid that I loved so much! The service was very quick and my waitress Anastasia was extremely attentive. I was checked on multiple times and she made sure I was waited on to the best of her ability! Thank you!
