The customer service has gone down the drain since they opened. It isnt a secret that they pay $10/hr under the table to the employees. The younger employees are amazing, but now they have some type of family affair going on up there & the older woman that is always doing everything needs to learn customer service. She seriously needs to take a class in customer etiquacy. She is the sole issue at your business for at least the last 6-8 months. Ask around town. The conversation goes as such, 'Their food is good but that lady up there is rude.'
