This was my second time using Bespoke Bakery and they exceeded my expectations once again. Placing an order was simple as could be, I sent a picture of what I wanted and what I received was beyond belief. I am so pleased and will definitely be using them for all my future cake orders. Absolutely amazing! Thank you guys so much! My daughter LOVED the cake! The photos don’t do the cake justice. It was much brighter in person!

Paid $95 for a 1/2-sheet "Celebration Style Cake" The cake looked beautiful but, that was it. The frosting was dense -like biting into fudge. The cake was dry and felt nonexistent in the mouth after each bite -and other than a lemony hint, we couldn't much taste it as any cake flavor was grossly overwhelmed by the flavor of the frosting. For nearly $100, it was a huge let-down and grave disappointment for our celebration. We will go back to purchasing our large, decorated cakes from Costco for a helluva lot less money and far superior product. Enjoy our money, Bespoke, because you will never get another red cent from our family and most likely no business from our Richmond guests who suffered through eating your cake (and many did ask where we bought it)

Bespoke has made most of my kiddos' birthday cakes. They've made my birthday cake. We stop in for cupcakes and coffee whenever we can. They're always incredibly helpful and kind. The most recent cake they made for my daughter's 9th birthday was fantastic. I forgot to send in a photo for inspiration, and they reached out a week before I was meant to pick up the cake to ask for it. Stellar service.

I had called about a cupcake order, but they said they were full. Ok. Very nice. So i was in the mall and stopped in - very nice lady was friendly. i had been intrigued by their "Richmond" and wanted to try it. They were out. Ok. After we left I sent my husband back in for a lemon raspberry filled cupcake. I felt like I'd dodged a bullet and my mother's 90th birthday would not be ruined by dry tasteless cupcakes such as the one I had. Way too much frosting on top and almost no filling inside. I really wanted to like this place. Not even interested in going out if the way to give it another try.

They made my son’s 4th birthday Sonic cake and it turned out amazing! The flavor was just as good as the design. Everyone at his party loved it! We will order from here from now on. Amazing customer service.
I ordered my daughter's wedding cake from Bespoke Bakery and Cafe and the entire experience was perfect. We were invited to a tasting. The bride was out of state and so attended virtually. We were able to select separate icings/cake for each layer and specify the precise design of the cake. The cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted great! We also transported the cake ourselves, which ended up being very easy to do (meaning that the cake was also very structurally sound)! I would recommend this bakery for any event! Thank you for the great experience! I will add photographs when we receive them.

What a waste of my time. It's Saturday. You have five day leftover cupcakes for sale. Why not indicate orders only unless you want leftovers. Had to go to Kroeger. Shop local my backside. This is why people don't shop local. And yes I tried to call before wasting my time but no one answered.
