I only got the ban mi (Vietnamese sandwich). It was fine: not exactly authentic but pretty close (mayo isn't traditional). The price is a bit much ($10) for just a sandwich. Service was absolutely great, though, and the place has a very welcoming feel. I will come back to try the pho and com tam.

Always a busy place, good service and food. The smell of the great food is intoxicating for noodles...lol there are always lots of customers. To go orders are packed nicely, secure and ready in a very timely manner.Keep up the good work.

Richmond has never really had a place that had good Pho and Banh Mi Sandwiches. This is really the first one. I have been to a lot of Pho restaurants in my travels... normally, if it's a legit location, you can get beef tongue, tripe, and other things that are more traditional. However, even if their are only 4 options available that appeal to the American mindset... they are still really good. Also, they're winning based on the fact that we actually can order Pho at all.Service is great and everyone is friendly and helpful. As for the Atomosphere, its small 7 tables tops and a ping-pong table. I don't mind the ping-pong table, but I am sure that someone will end up with a ping-pong ball in their Pho before long. I would think that you'd want more diner tables for customers, but after people are still not getting out as much, maybe not... however, I will say it's better to eat in than take out as Pho doesn't translate to take out well, and the bowl they provide is way to small for the amount of food you get.Overall great place, but hopefully, they'll expand beyond their Americanized four options.

This place is a hidden gem! They give you so much food and it's made fresh. My daughter loved playing ping pong too while we waited for the food. Don't let the outside of the restaurant fool you, it's really great inside. Excellent food, will be back again soon!

So I just had the chicken Pho. It was really good. So flavorful. Noodles are outstanding. The price is not bad especially when you see how big the portion is. I think next time I'll get a different meat. But overall very good. Definitely going back.I did have to Google how to eat it. I love trying new things but since I had to get it to go I was kind of clueless.

The pho was great a little shy on proteins. Otherwise fantastic. I had the pho with mixed meats and spring rolls. My wife had pho as well, but with chicken. We liked the food a lot. There is a strange atmosphere with what seemed to be old church pughs and a ping-pong table. And pop music.Add more seating and spice it up a little. Ditch that table, and add a sauce bar or something.

Brady’s Noodle Shack is an excellent place to grab some traditional Japanese/Vietnamese dishes such as Pho, Katsu Curry, and Banh Mi. Customer service is excellent and food is made fresh on order. Food is guaranteed to come out quickly and fresh every time. The Katsu Curry is my personal favorite, with a crispy, juicy texture, served alongside flavorful and not too spicy curry, and a heaping helping of white rice. You will not regret taking some time out of your day to go eat at this excellent place.

Excellent PHO ! We tried the spring rolls and dumplings, they were very tasty! We will definitely be back! Have to give a shout out to the staff, super friendly.

This is counter-ordering style, same as their other places. It's clean, cute and has enough tables. You approach the counter with a massive overhead menu and place your order. The tables have numbers and that's how they track it. I ordered the brisket and steak pho to eat in and the pork vermicelli noodles to go.The pho lacked depth for me, it's as if the broth didn't get enough time to cook through with the ingredients. It was good for lunch but I miss grungy authentic places. The vermicelli was even less satisfying and I'm used to a full size egg roll with this dish.I gave 4 stars overall because we have such limited authentic options in Richmond.

This place gets my yearns for plate lunch type food I grew up with in Hawaii. The chicken jatsilu curry is ono as well as the pho. The staff was genuine and suoer nice of which we would call, filled with Aloha back in the islands. Prices are very decent, especially since we're currently in an economy that makes people count pennies. Every dollar I spent for my family and I was worth it. I'm so glad that I don't have to drive to Lex for my plate lunch fix anymore. The only other place that has plate lunch style food is really good but very pricey. Stoked brah!!! Mahalo Noodle house!!!

Really good, big city upscale good. Soooo much better than that cruddy noodle nirvana in Berea. This is the place for noodles in the area for me and mine going forward.

The flavors were all just added together and the Ramen or pho neither had a good blend and balance. The crab Rangoon was as good as the freezer section. Good atmosphere and staff though
