Went in to get something to eat. Took 10 min for hostess to even help us. We asked to sit outside. Hostess handed us menus and our silverware and told us to go to outside door and pick a table. Someone would been with us shortly. Needless to say we left sinc she couldn’t even take the time to walk us out there and handed us our silverware and menus to take with us.

We always enjoy BWW! The food is good, the atmosphere is fun, & our waitress (who we always get) Christina is AMAZING! The sweetest & she makes us feel so welcome! She talks to my boys, makes us feel so comfortable and you can truly tell she loves what she does! BWW is lucky to have her!

Wow horrible. We stopped in to get a quick bite to eat, as we headed home from vacation. Our order was completely wrong, no apology, and we were told we were going to get a discount and never got one. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in quite a while!

My group of 5 came in tonight, and our server Kristina sat down and helped us figure out what we wanted to eat, and she was on it the whole time. Plus, she was absolutely gorgeous. You're awesome Kristina! Give that girl a raise please??
This place provides the worst service in Richmond. Whether you eat in or get your food to go, the service is terrible! Every to go order is missing something and the food is overpriced for the portion you get. Not impressed and will not be ordering from this location again.

Very snotty, didn't act like they wanted us there. Also one that took our order bought it out to us , and act like she didn't want get near us.
We come here often however at this last experience we had recently will ultimately be the end of our visits as we had ordered 30 traditional wings and Order of cheese curds two large fries only to come back home after a long drive to see that we were given cold and old wings as well as old fries and not only were the fries old but they were Smalls instead of largest like we ordered and both of the smalls did not even accumulate to be the size of what one large would be, it was extremely disappointing as we frequent throughout the week and spend quite a lot of money here

This is the 3rd time that the server has been rude to me and my family, there were about 5 tables on the bar side and she took 2 hours to take the food out whenever she did the game was about over. We complained and the manager and he did nothing they said they would give us a discount but it's not about the discount it's the service and how long she took to take our order and get our food out, this is totally unacceptable...The server was also yelling things about us complaining to the rest of the tables. I will most definitely not be coming back. Back server bad service, and manager did nothing.Do not recommend....

Horrible, did delivery and the food was not right. How do you screw up a plain burger. Then all the food was cold and it definitely wasn't the driver. I watched the web page. Wings were overcooked. No straws for the kid drinks A waste of $98 and no we do not want to fill out a form for you to get better. By the looks of the reviews you guys are not getting better. People do not eat here.
